Excellent staff and location

Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of options and different everyday.

Great staff, the place was clean and easy to come and go. The breakfast was varies with plenty of cold, hot, savory and sweet options. For exploring NY from a centralized place this is great.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location to everything we wanted to do was good. Room was much smaller than expected. Refrigerator small, couldn’t keep much in it at one time. Bathroom was beautiful but every time a shower was taken, water leaked out the bottom and covered bathroom floor.

Points faibles: salle de bain un peu petite mais tres propre. Excellent sejour!

The staff is polite. The location is great. Breakfast is delicious and the area is clean.

The rooms were smaller than expected but still quite adequate.

This hotel is one of the best in Manhattan NY there amenities plus they serve a very good American breakfast I would recommend anyone to book with them

Staff were helpful. Clean room and air conditioning was so nice during the August heat wave. Breakfast had good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff and managers horrible behavior

I have stayed at many hotels multiple times in New York but also in other states and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The air conditioners were not working and they switched us to a room that was even worse. Then the keys were not working so we had to be escorted to our rooms until they got the key machines to finally work. But the final straw was the friends we booked with their shower door exploded! Glass went everywhere it cut my friend and her husband who was trying to help. They have two little ones and I couldn’t believe how little the hotel cared. They refused to switch us to a different Marriott hotel as the kids were scared to stay there. We mentioned we were having trouble with our door as well and we were scared it was going to happen to us and it was just handled horribly all they said was the insurance had to handle it but they did not care that it was ruining the rest of our vacation. I do not recommend.

Short walk to Time Square, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended this place. Slightly small rooms but expected since it is NYC.

The receptionist was friendly and accodating, the location is excellent and the staffs are very good and helpful The time for breakfast should be extended more to have more rest for people with long bus ride myself

Very small room, but it is New York. The AC was a portable unit that blew cool air but it is not an AC and that had soaked the carpet. Very small bathroom. Location was great.
