Great room, good size, view of Times Square, great location and lots of great facilities. Everything required for a memorable stay in New York. Would stay again for sure. Special word for Michael, the amazing hotel concierge who helped us with transportation during our stay.

What a Great Location, the rooms are enormous the hotel is fantastic and Safe , All the employees are Super Nice and Helpful! The Food At the hotel restaurants is Amazing and tons of variety. The hotel extends from 45th to 46th street and the Lion King Broadway Show is so close it’s almost like it’s connected to the hotel! Myself and my daughter (14) stayed for 8 days and it was Wonderful! We are definitely staying here again! Great Job Everyone at the Hotel! Thank You!

Great location for the chaos of Times Square! But still felt isolated and private within the hotel. Took my son for his first NYC experience and it was everything I hoped for. The View restaurant was amazing. I made a great choice to stay here.

You can’t get much closer to Times Square than this! We had a Times Square viewing room where my daughter flipped the couch so she could wake up and fall asleep to the city. Clean property and friendly staff.

The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, we requested some help with the thermostat, were told someone would be sent up, and no one ever came. I also asked at the front desk if we could possibly get 2 more luggage stands and were told someone would bring them up. Again, no one ever came. I’m still giving an excellent rating on the review, but being ghosted is never a good thing.
