When I checked in they never told me they will change me 100 for early fee the room cleaning took my air pod . I had 2 one was missing.

The staff was amazing! I was there during a crazy weekend. The Nick's final, world Cup, and Sunday was Puerto Rican parade. I was very impressed to the fact that the Marriot Marquis, as large as it is had a security person over night on each floor. And amongst all the chaos I felt safe.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The room was clean and cool. The amenities and property are stunning from the amazing gym to the incredibly dining spaces. Don’t even get me started on the view of Times Square from our room. I would recommend anyone to stay here for every reason under the sun.

The service when we used the restaurant or just had questions was top notch. Staff was friendly from housekeeping to concierge. Location was amazing. We also felt security was enforced at all times (at night, you needed to show your room key before being able to access the elevators - which also needed the key). Beautiful views of Times Square. We will come back!
