It was the second time to stay at this hotel. I have no comment about the property as the property is wonderful. It deserved to be visited again then again then again. It is recommended not to visit the hotel if there is any occasion or festival. The price of staying one day was unbelievable. The hotel is wonderful, but the price did not meet the expectation of my family.

It was the first time to visit New York. The property has full exposure to the time Square. I had the chance to enjoy looking at the time Square from one of the highest floor level where I enjoyed the morning of the Time Square and the night. If anyone wants to visit New York Times Square this hotel must be your choice I did like all my experience while I was staying at this hotel

Room was fantastic and view was amazing. The hotel takes safety as a priority for their guests with the elevator to guest room process. Nothing negative to say from our entire stay.

For this hotel to be a 5 star, it needs a face life. The rooms are too outdated. The location is perfect, right next to Times Square. I think it is overpriced for what you get but Hey it's NY, everything is expensive. No free WiFi in the rooms was disappointed. The staff were great, warm, helpful.
