The Times Square EDITION

Very good

Overall, my stay was fine. My biggest issue was the additional fees and how they were communicated. There is a $45 destination fee, and the hotel also mentions a $40 food and beverage credit. I initially thought the credit would offset the destination fee, but that wasn’t the case. The way everything was presented felt a little confusing and made the final cost less transparent than I expected.

Overall the hotel was great. The only complaints I'd have are that the rooms are a little tired but really clean and nicely designed. The only other thing was the location. For me (being a former New Yorker) it was really congested and a little hard to get anywhere by taxi because the streets are so backed up. If you're a visiting tourist, you might really like the proximity to Times Square. The gym was really good for a hotel gym.

The hotel is chaotic, the Wi-Fi is slow, bathroom amenities aren’t replenished, and the room rate is high for what you get.

My experience was amazing! I've been to Time Square various times and always fell in love, now im in love with this hotel too! My boyfriend and I was very well welcomed. Great staff, great bar. Very clean room. Room very white and bright.

Exceptional

The clean fresh smell, location, peace and quiet, clean white room, I feel safe and protected PLEASE make it more affordable for senior citizens to stay at your hotel. Ideally, I would love to come visit New York City once a month to see plays, museums, parks, culture activities. I am on a fixed income and would love to stay at my absolute favorite hotel. Occasionally I would like to bring my grandchildren to take a tour of New York and stay with me at your hotel. I am not sure if you have a slow season, in which the room rates a lowered for families. Your hotel is not a cookie cutter hotel like the Marriott, and I appreciate and love it!

Location is amazing Room are small, not enough space in closet and clothing

I loved this property! Your first step in the door and the areas of the hotel just smell so good, since they pump in the LeLabo scents. They also have LeLabo toiletry products which is nice. Service was great, very friendly. Location worked well for catching the 7 train to the US Open. Would definitely stay at any Edition hotel!

Very good

Second stay here. Stayed in 2023 and room service and cleaning was more thorough as well as more amenities. Would stay again as reliable but for the price, there are bigger rooms in NYC
