Location Service not good , the way you have to take 2 lifts to go to room , luggage should be picked up and delivered when leaving downstairs not carried by client to and from lifts etc

Well maintained and clean hotel. Great location! The rooms were quite small. The front desk didn’t provide us with much information about the available options and what to expect during check-in. The room setup appeared to be designed for a single person, even though we had booked a room for two.

It was perfect... right in Times Square, but not the noise of it - close to everything - ubers can pull up, short walk to subway, close to 5th ave, right across from Lost Boys... It was fab! Smells delightful too. The lobby bar was the best touch!

Everything! Staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially Angelo at the front desk. Rooms were clean, modern and food was excellent. They allowed me to check out late and even gifted us the signature hotel scents in candles, shampoo and conditioner. Great location and amenities. I liked everything!

this place is always top drawer. amazing staff. wonderful rooms and surprisingly great locale. even though you're in the heart of time square, you don't feel like it because you're hotel room is so high above it. our engagement brunch was here last minute so there's always a nostalgic love for this hotel. they will take good care of you.
