Very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good and had different options.

Everything about the property was good. However, I am giving a 7 out of 10 strictly due to the unacceptable behavior of the reception staff. While the rest of the experience was positive, this lack of basic hospitality and professionalism completely soured the experience. Unfortunately, because of how poorly the front desk handled customer service, I would hesitate to stay here again. It is a real shame that front-line staff are letting down what could otherwise be a great property.

Location, breakfast and comfy room They could be more frequent in cleaning the rooms (they only refresh the room on second day and deep clean it on fourth day of stay).

The location! Very walkable area. Breakfast was so convenient and delicious! The air conditioning is SO very loud!! And kicks on and off every few minutes.

Wonderful Staff at breakfast room. Thank you Ynocencia and SanteFe. and all staff at breakfast. All of you were happy and just lovely. Room size NOT suitable for 3 adults, and should not be advertised as such. Perhaps a small child could sleep in an uncomfortable pull out sofa for 8 nights, not an adult We could not even put our three suitcases anywhere and had to basically play tetris with our things We were like sardines!

It’s well located in the Time Square, easy access to basically everything. The price was fair, and the room itself was good. I thought the chair for the desk was a bit short. If you need to work with a laptop, it might not be super great. The breakfast is good, but there’s not a lot variety.

The elevators! The wait was a bit insane.

Room was very small and not very clean.

Location, location, location! Nice staff. The sofa in the room that opens for our teenager daughter was very uncomfortable and below any standard. The hotel tried to assist with extra blankets to assist with the mattress springs, but still, it was not good.

Perfect location. I like the room amenities, The room was smaller than expected , and room needs more light. The room is clean and carpet needs to be cleaner.

The room was nice and so was the position. Breakfast was not that great and the room was dirty. Also, we stayed more than a week and were charged for receiving a small package. Terrible elevators system
