There was also issues with the air conditioning, even though it was set to 68, it would not consistently stay at that temperature. The room cleanliness was just okay. I found nail clippings & food residue in the kitchen. Staff was helpful and kind.

Great location, very close to Times Square. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Good choice of items at breakfast.

I stayed here for 5 days and room service came every other day so it was perfect. If you want breakfast, the breakfast was served in the eating lounge from 6am to 10am and it was definitely a complete breakfast. During construction there was no fitness center but if you in NY, you will walk enough to reach your 15k steps a day. I would stay here again.

Everything was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was very good. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and many attractions. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for four days, and it’s a hotel with an excellent location. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is good, and while the room isn’t huge, it’s comfortable. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this does not affect its good functioning. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. The room was a bit smaller than I expected. I had asked the front desk a few times about the best way to get to something close by- and they just told me to Google it- but that wasn’t always helpful

This hotel is great! Conveniently located! Great staff! Only note is that I could not get the AC as cold as I like it. But, I like it really chilly. 😊

Breakfast was ok Breakfast was busy and soso there was enough for everybody the eggs were eggs fried eggs did not look nice what can i say personal opinion but they were fried somewhere else and they were all together very well done..

are great. Elevators are cleverly assigned and speedy..... Hot breakfast was average. Building Location is not intuitive if you're using public transportation and Siri/Alexa, e.g. the subway from LGA to get here...they don't know the area well and how to get here from the airports - had to resort to a taxi to actually get there, but then it was OK. The incessant noise of Times Square is no such a problem in the rooms but once outside, beware!. Room AC fan is VERY noisy - bring earplugs - and I wish it would get a little cooler. First night it was quieter to open the window and listen to New York :)

The room was lovely, modern, very clean and comfortable One member of staff was a bit abrupt but mostly the staff were great. There was renovations going on downstairs

This was a great place to stay and be that close to Times Square.

It's New York City, so the room was tiny, but clean. It was a great location. The facilities outside the room where basic. The biggest issue was they were renovating the lobby and it was tiny. We were packed in there trying to check in, walking through to the elevator, and the continental breakfast was crazy - nowhere to sit and constantly out of food. It was a bit overwhelming. I'm not sure I would stay here again, maybe once the revisions are complete.

I think twice now when booking on Expedia. Trust means a great deal to me. I no longer believe in your product. Bruce
