Great location Getting access to the lifts wad an issue. Specifically going up to your room & back to the lobby was a nightmare.

No toiletries were given during our stay (toothpaste., toothbrush and soap). Our stay was not planned, It was a last minute decision.

The location is very good and breakfast is decent The room is pretty small and the air-condition is very noisy.

The staff are amazing!! Such lovely and helpful people! Breakfast is incredible!! Delicious, and it has everything you can imagine. They let us leave our bags for the last day after check-out for free, location 10/10. We will be back for sure!!

The location is perfect, Times Square is around the corner. Good breakfast selection. The suite kitchen was great and well equipped! The AC is really, really loud. It took us a few nights to adjust. That’s my major complaint. I was in the 18th floor so street noise was minimal. The elevator situation is bad, but you can get around it by avoiding the peak hours in the morning. Breakfast selection is good (scramble eggs, bacon, waffles, etc). It is quite busy, it can take a few minutes to get a table, however there was always food available.

We stayed 4 days 4 nights and this hotel was in the middle of everything, a few steps from time square and a few minutes away from all the attractions we wanted to see

Breakfast was good. The layout of the breakfast.

Although rooms were to be cleaned every other day ours was never cleaned. We stayed 5 nights. We had to set out our trash in the hallway and get someone to give us clean towels and more toiletries.

The location. There were a lot of people and the elevators often take longer than usual.

Perfect location at Times Square. Close to the subway, Rockefeller, St. Patrick’s cathedral, etc. Doesn’t look like a hotel, the front desk are not very welcoming, too busy to welcome guests. I was told “they are not a full concierge hotel” when I asked if our luggage can be placed in our room when it’s ready. Water was out of order in the lobby, too small a breakfast room for 2 hotels and too busy elevators.
