The location The elevators and breakfast

Breakfast was good; slight variation each day (stayed 3 nights). Perfect location to see the city from. Staff was friendly and breakfast staff passed around a miniature world cup trophy for photos. Rooms were decent There was construction happening in the hotel/lobby.

Location very close to Times Square and theater district. Good selection on breakfast buffet. Service at rooftop bar very slow. Front desk Could have done a better job explaining the elevator system.

The hotel is nice and clean, and its location is excellent. The room has all kinds of equipment. The room isn't big, but it's adequate. The elevator is usually busy. The breakfast room is crowded.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Nukri and Guram! Guram met us before check-in and explained everything in detail, making sure we had all the information we needed. Nukri checked us in, gave us a very nice room, and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both for making our experience so pleasant. Your hospitality was truly appreciated!
