Disappointed as the 4 day trip for a birthday/ football game. The cost for 4 nights $5,500. Not worth the money. Will never rtn.

Staff was great overall. Rooms was clean and large but AC wasn’t cooling enough. Great location and valet was amazing yet expensive. Great hotel to stay at just couple of tweaks here and there

Hubby and I loved this beautiful hotel. Close to theaters and right around the corner from Times Square. We enjoyed the restaurant and the lounge. The servers at the restaurant could be trained better . Both times they messed up my food order. Same thing happened at the lounge and I’m wondering if it is a language barrier! If you have allergies ask for an English speaking server for safety. The room was cozy and the tub was perfect! Thanks for the upgrade and the champagne with my breakfast… for my birthday… how’d you know! We will stay here the next time we travel to NYC!!

I’m not a fan of Times Square but stayed here since it was near a conference. One of the newer properties in town, striking lobby, clean, good sized room and friendly staff. Would stay again

Everything about the stay was wonderful — the upscale amenities, the room, and the excellent customer service. I do need to share one concern: a dinner charge for another guest was mistakenly billed to my room number. It seems the staff should verify guests more carefully when using room numbers. I didn’t notice the error until I reviewed the printed receipt at home. They are currently investigating, but the refund process has been taking longer than expected.

We loved staying at this hotel for a long weekend. It’s beautiful, and the employees are absolutely great, friendly and very welcoming. Rashid checked us in and out, and was very helpful . We will come back.
