The rooms are tight, but the beds are nice (ask for more pillows because the standard ones on the bed are wimpy), location is good, within a 5 min walk to multiple subway stations. sound proofing is great (we were not facing the street, and we did hear people facing the street heard way more outside noise). The restaurant is a skip. We paid for breakfast one morning à la carte as we did not want to participate in the buffet. The food was not great and the charge was $140 for 4 people with no alcohol or anything crazy. Would not eat breakfast there again. The rooftop bar is fun! Every staff member was great!

The night before checkout, we noticed water flowing from the ceiling through the light fixture directly above our soaking tub. The lights were also flickering, which was especially concerning given the combination of water and electricity. We had to call maintenance, and the situation kept us awake until around 3:00 a.m. We were given the option of moving rooms in the middle of the night, which would have been extremely inconvenient, or staying in the room and keeping the light off until the issue could be addressed in the morning. We chose to stay rather than pack everything up and relocate at that hour. The hotel staff did offer us a complimentary breakfast and a couple of extra hours before checkout. While we appreciated the gesture, the breakfast was mediocre at best and didn’t really make up for losing most of our final night’s sleep. It was especially disappointing because we had to fly home to the West Coast the next day on very little rest. What had otherwise been a good stay ended on a frustrating and exhausting note. Given the seriousness of water coming through an electrical light fixture and the amount of sleep we lost, I feel the situation could have been handled or compensated much better.

Love the place will definitely go back

We had an issue with the room service during our stay. We booked the room for four people, however, whenever the room was serviced, it seemed to be prepared for only two guests. Every day, I had to leave a note or contact the staff to request additional water, cups and other essentials for four people. Having to repeatedly ask for these basic items throughout our stay was inconvenient. But I have to say each time we called for service it took less than 5 minutes to fulfill the request! I’ll recommend the hotel and definitely I’ll come back!

Great location to Times Square. AC worked great. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom fully functional.

Great location to Time Square area.

We had 2 queen beds, 1 for the children, the room felt big enough. They also do connecting rooms which I’ll explore when we stay again.

Tv didn’t allow us to play movies because the menu button was broken. The tub was only letting brown water out so my bath time was not had. Super bummed because I packed multiple items for a bath and a movie night.

The room was great, clean, and had everything you need. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall the experience was very good; the only thing I felt wasn’t as good, was the breakfast buffet, it didn’t have too much options.

Excellent location, and the staff was professional and very accommodating to our needs!
