Hard Rock Hotel New York - Partner of ALL Accor

We really enjoyed our short stay at Hard Rock Hotel! We found the staff we interacted with were exceptional! Julivia at check in was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early and she was able to ensure my sister’s room would be close to ours. Also, Drew at the rooftop bar was terrific! We told her we were celebrating 2 birthdays and she went out of her way to bring champagne to toast the birthdays! We look forward to staying there again soon!

Second time staying at the Hard Rock and honestly probably will continue to stay there in the future. Room was clean small but it’s NY so it’s expected good enough for 2 adults. Conveniently located near Time Square and many other popular places. Subway close by also.

Clean room and great hotel. It’s right in the thick of Times Square though so might get noisy and very busy nearby

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, but it doesn’t work at all. Because there is not an option to pay high speed Wi-Fi, basically we were the entire stay without Wi-Fi in an expensive and supposedly luxury hotel.

Excellent experience! We stayed 4 nights July 2026. Super clean, friendly, and helpful. We had breakfast included in our package which was very nice - couple of days they had nice a la carte options like eggs benedict and nutella banana waffles, a few days they had a buffet with eggs, potatoes, french toast, pastries, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable. We're a family of 4 with 2 teen boys so of course it was a little tight but expected for NYC. Front desk and housekeeping provided water bottles upon request. The little "fridge/cooler" in the room was not very cold but we just kept water in there. One of the days, there were thunder storms and the bell desk provided beautiful complimentary loaner umbrellas (nice touch). It is perfectly located within a block of Time Square and a couple of blocks from Rockefeller. We were on the 16th floor and it was pretty quiet (faint sirens every now and then) but very pleasant. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hard Rock Messi Suite was Amazing! The room decor was Awesome with a gold PlayStation, Messi soccer cleats, etc. The patio area was decorated in theme and even had it's own bar. The Billboards just beyond the hotel were so Beautiful and reminded Us that we were in one of the most electrifying cities in the World. I will request this specific room when I return.

Better than expected. Our room was updated and very clean. The elevators were very fast - that’s a big plus for me in NY. Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful.

Everything was great I love the hotel but there were people talking loudly in the hall and slamming their hotel room doors constantly all night long both nights I stayed there.

First time that I stayed at this hotel and was impressed with all aspects and amenities they offered. I WILL stay here again!
