We were very pleased with our stay recently at Hard Rock Hotel. Check in was quick and easy, our room had very tasteful and comfortable amenities. The restaurant within the hotel had good food and wonderful service. The staff addressed us by name and greeted us warmly upon every return. Between the location, staff, service and amenities, one cannot go wrong choosing this property just steps from Times Square. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, rooms nice and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazing just a few steps into Time square. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No complementary tea. The rooftop bar never open. When it is staff is snooty. Lots of open tables but none avail for a guest. Stayed in a few HR before. This is least favorite

What a beautiful, modern and clean hotel! Rooms are very well appointed and not too small for NYC. Staff are what make this place amazing, everyone is so accommodating and nice. Room service is a bit expensive for the quality but didn't stop us ordering more. All up we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent and friendly staff. Expectedly small room, but comfortable beds. No fans in the bathrooms, no place to hang used towels to use again. Great in room coffee.

The hard rock is in a good location, however it is generic, not personal, and I guess it depends on what you are looking for. Food in the bar and room service was just not good and extremely expensive. The highlight of our stay was the cleaning of our room, it was fun to come in every day to beautifully cleaned cool room.
