Absolutely loved this Hotel! It was so clean and the bed was very comfortable, as were the many pillows they gave. We had complementary coffee and water. House keeping did a great job and even left us a nice little note! Large roomy shower, safe available, hair dryer and steamer available. Despite being in the city that never sleeps, our room was very quiet! Would definitely stay again!

This Hard Rock is located in the heart of Times Square and perfect walking distance to the subways. We felt very safe here. There’s a pizza and liquor store next door which makes it super convenient if you’re hungry/thirsty and don’t want to eat at the hotel. The staff were very nice and hotel was very clean. The room was clean and a little small but fine for two girls with two check in bags. This hotel was so perfect and I would def recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the city! Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was AMAZING from the front desk clerk JT to the hostess at the restaurant Taylor they provided exceptional customer service. Everyone was so friendly and made our trip to NYC extra special. It was my wife's birthday trip, and we had some issues with another hotel reservation at another hotel. We told them and they made us fell extra special and they upgraded us to a great room. I have been in New York hotels before, and it has always been a box. This room was so big for a NYC room.it had 2 bathrooms (one was powder bathroom), the main bathroom had a, soaking tub, and huge shower and two sinks. The room also had an entry way and a sitting room. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get out. Oh, and they have Alexa in each of the room. I forgot I was not home and said out loud Alexa what's the weather and she answered me. That when I realized Alexa was in each room. The room was so nice I did not want to leave the hotel. We also had dinner in the hotel, and the food was very good and reasonable priced for New York. The staff even sang happy birthday to my wife and gave her a piece of cake. The location was great right near to Time Square walking distance to Broadway. So, this Hotel is clean, beautiful, and the wonderful staff make it 10/10. If there was a higher rating than a 10 I would give it 1000 . I would pick this hotel again to stay.
