Hampton Inn New York Times Square

Good

The elevator was almost bigger than the actual size of the hotel room. I had to walk sideward to get into the bed. Very claustrophobic the hotel needs to be updated. And the price does not warrant the size and comfort of the room. Hotel room much much too small. Totally not worth the money at all breakfast included or not!

The location was perfect! Right in the centre next to the Times Square. Air conditioning was not working properly and was very loud. Very small room, but it’s standart in NYC. There’s not enough space to put your luggage on the floor.

Just don't pay extra for city view I did and my room faced the back of the other hotel .. Otherwise would stay there again

Breakfast not worth the price, everything else wonderful

The location is perfect, everything was in walking distance. Time Square is literally just a few steps way. The breakfast was amazing. I suggest going down stairs to check out the waffle area. The only thing I didn't like was that we requested towels at front desk but they said that housekeeping would bring them. Yet they never came. But being that we stayed during the 25th anniversary of 9/11, it was very understandable.

Excellent location and the staff were super helpful!! The only thing that could use some better communication if the lack of any real lobby seating. We has three rooms for the weekend and no place to gather as each room is NY sized and tiny. We learned on our second night that the downstairs breakfast room was available for seating.

Break Fast. Wifi. Location. Public Social seatings and area, terriable. No common area on the lolbby to recieve business partners or colliques. You have to meet business people in the room which is very small by any standards. Rooms are Too small.

The stay was great, however the room was tight and the breakfast was just ok. It's a lovely newer hotel so everything was clean and in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice but quite pricey. Of course so is everything else in New York lol. Location was amazing, right in the heart of Times Square.
