The rooms were tiny. No full ironing board, the small refrigerator door would not close, had to lift up to close, cabinets microwave and refrigerator were in, were hard to open and close. We had to go thru an extra dpor to get to our room.Doors very heavy to pull open. Most irritating was the air conditioning was very loud, so we had to turn tv up louder, not good for an already small room. But customer service was good, let luggage stay in holding area no charge.

Great hotel but the elevator situation is less than ideal

The rooms are a good size and quiet, great location to times square and theatre district, staff are lovely, beds super comfy and handy 'shop' in the lobby. Unfortunately the lifts are a nightmare, everyone was complaining, breakfast the most chaotic I have ever come across - more like a scrum for food with people standing about eating with no where to sit. It's a free for all, I gave up and despite paying for breakfast didn't get anything. Sadly I wouldn't stay again, such a shame.

The bed was lovely but the walls were barely a foot away from the bed on all sides. We also had to wait over 20 mins at the front desk to check in.

Staff that we encountered were friendly and professional. The elevator system is the most ridiculous I've ever experienced. Our room had unfleshed toilet paper in it when we arrived. Our room slept four but the rooms are so cramped there is no room for your luggage and only a small shelving unit to house your clothes, which is big enough for one guest, not four. So we lived out of our suitcases and had to maneuver around them. The water pressure in the shower was low (by my standards) and the sink was about the size of the one on the airplane that got us there. I think the room would have been better if there were less people in it. On the good side, the location was great and close to everything we wanted to do and it was clean.
