Hampton Inn New York Times Square

Love this hotel. Daughter and I enjoyed it. Breakfast was good. Room is tight but that is expected in NYC. Location is superb. We took the train from this hotel to EWR at 5am and is was easy to do . You are close to Times Square, Central Park, etc.. Love it

The breakfast is really good. There were plenty of options to choose from. They even extended it till 10:30am. I would stay again!

Really close to everything. The elevators were a bit of a hassle but besides that it was a wonderful stay.

Every staff member was polite helpful and friendly. Stephanie the agent at front desk was super kind.

Check in was quick and easy. I lesson needs to be given to guests on how to operate the elevators. The room were nice and clean. It was a standard room size for New York. Breakfast was very busy and although they have an overflow area, breakfast was standard, not very appealing, so I passed. I loved the rooftop lounge. That was an added surprise and bonus. The drinks were excellent and the view was unmatched. I would definitely stay here again when visiting New York.

Great location, nice room, but prepare to wait forever for an elevator.

Front desk staff doesn’t care about their guests and the whole entire hotel and my room was extremely hot unable to sleep both nights due to how hot the room was.

My stay was excellent. The staff ,bfast, location was awesome. The price was very good also. The subway was very close. Along with the water for the fireworks. I had a second back to back reservation. Which I did not address prior to seeing tge sites for the day. They sent me a text. But before I responded they already modified my same room for the second stay. I'll be back.

Ynosencia and Amanda are great and made our breakfast experience very pleasant. They were very efficient even when the crowds were overwhelming, making sure everything was clean and all food was available. Thanks for a great experience. Mike T. Florida

The hotel is centrally located, hotel is surrounded by other buildings, the Gotham view is not worth the price.

Good breakfast selection clean..great area. close to restaurants theatre. only the AC wasn't very cool.

The location was great!!! Stephanie the front desk manager and Rosa with the breakfast staff both were super nice and went above and beyond to make sure i had a great stay....The property and grounds were clean...I had hot water everyday and was furnished with ample towels and wash cloths as well as soap and shampoo...The breakfast area was always nice and clean even at peak times of the morning and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job....The hotel itself needs to change up the breakfast selections...I was there from thursday until monday and all they changed up was the little link sausage to bacon on 1 of the days and they would change the eggs from omlets to scrambled...They had potatoes most days and a hash brown on one of the days...They had apples bananas and oranges as well as fruit loops,raisin bran and cinnamon toast crunch cereal...it was all good but just needs more variety and selections...The main issue i had was the air conditioner...Alot of the hotels like this one in new york limit u on bein able to adjust the thermostat much at all so they can cut down on their energy costs..At times it was uncomfortable cuz im the type that likes it cold in the room and with payin premium prices then i should be able to adjust the thermostat to suit my needs and preference...The room came with a small fridge and a microwave...The king bed was nice and comfortable with a variety of pillows..The big screen tv was nice and clear with lots of channels to choose from..

The breakfast is unbelievable and is really good value. The location is centrally located and great for walking. The place is very secure and you don’t have to worry about anyone entering the building who is not a guest. The rooms are fairly quiet and had no problems sleeping. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to other travellers and I would stay here again.

Location was great…elevators are controlled by room key…no buttons ie elevator…sounds like good idea? It isn’t. Unnecessary drama and everyone seemed confused and frustrated with it. You are never really sure what is going to happen when you get on elevator…and again…no buttons in actual elevator.

Perfect location.

Rooms are small but very clean and updated. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely book again
