But, elevators were horrible. Waited and waited -one never came…ended up using the steps. Thank goodness I was on the third floor. Breakfast was overcrowded- not enough seating. (And I arrived there before 8am because the Check in receptionist suggested it. Note-it was a random Tuesday- not a weekend) I have stayed at Hampton Inns…and I really love them overall. This one was sub par. Perhaps this property is in a city (NYC) that brings too much foot traffic-especially in July. For $30 more an evening- I stayed at a competitors property the following week when I returned to the City. They were spot on!!!!

Accommodations were nice. Breakfast was good. Air conditioner was loud and was off and on throughout the night. Very disruptive to sleep.

We loved very part. Close to everything
-
Very convenient location. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Room was comfortable and compact. One heads up - leave your room a little earlier than you need to. Sometimes the wait for an elevator is long.

Stephanie was the bright spot of the whole stay. I will never book a room through Expedia again. I did not get a king size bed. The room was extremely small. I paid for breakfast but no one told me I had too as it was open. The hotel was close to the square and theater district for us to walk but overall I would have paid more to stay at another property for the space and convenience.

Staying here was great.

Convenient and great staff. Amazingly affordable. Bellmen were overly helpful.

Clean room and nice staff; Air conditioning barely worked and there was construction and noise in the lobby

This hotel was like 300 ft from times square are in a ideal location for us! the only draw back for me is the AC unit is tied in to some type of motion activated sensor so if you leave the room the default temperature rises back to 72 and NY was going a slight heat wave on top of the humidity, so i would like to return to a nice COLD room!. The ac unit is also very noisy and repeatedly turns on and off. the rooms are nice but are tight space is a limited but again the room is nice. over would stay there again, but would address that AC issue forsure

After walking past the hotel 3 times, check-in was a breeze. The sign to the hotel is high so easy to miss when walking by unless you notice the welcome Matt at the front entrance. Needed a hotel close to Radio City. This was perfect. The room small, but fine with me because only sleeping here. The AC was on, but room was hot and stuffy. I asked for a fan. It arrived a couple minutes later. Free breakfast was fine. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was good. There was a purified water bottle refill in the lobby, so convenient. Room was clean. The AC only went to I think 70° which could’ve been better but I understand. They also held our luggage for us on check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again!
