It was very accessible to restaurants, shops, and subways. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice too. I’d like to give special thanks and appreciation to Varundeep who helped me through the process. I arrived at the hotel around ~3-4 am because there was a problem with my initial accommodation. I just arrived NYC from a 17-hr flight and so I was very exhausted at this point. I booked for a 1-night accommodation in the hotel but the check in was late in the afternoon and I had no other place to go. Varun listened to my concerns and helped me check in early so that I could have a proper rest. He went above and beyond expectations. I’m very glad I booked this hotel. None

Location Size of the room was very small and it wasn't mentioned properly. It feel like living in a box. Can't even open by suitcase properly.

Very clean, very comfortable beds I understand small rooms—but there wasn’t any space for two small bags without blocking the door. It felt like a fire/emergency hazard

The view was perfect right in the middle of Times Square so beautiful to wake up to !

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, had all we needed like towels, shampoo, soap etc. They had water bottles for us in the room and had many places where we could refill our bottles. Check in was quick and easy, they even allowed us to check in 1 hour earlier and the staff was very friendly. Bonus points for allowing us to store our bags after check out. The location was ideal for turist, since its just a few blocks away from time square, fifth avenue and metro stations. The rooftop is very nice with great views! The elevator wait can be a bit long, but that’s pretty common in big buildings in NYC. I had to use the first-floor restroom, and it was honestly pretty dirty. It was during a very busy check-in/check-out time, though, and the rest of the hotel was very clean.

Room was clean and the blackout curtains were great. Very small gym for the number of guests but nice to have gym facilities The escalator system is horrible. Waiting for up to 20 minutes for one lift. The fire alarms went off 4 times in the space of 36 hours, once in the middle of the night and every single one was a false alarm
