Late checkout is unlikely due to volume of guests. But they offer to hold bags in a lobby room if you have a late flight out of the city after checkout. In the heart of the action of Times Square, near a lot of subway stations and sights, this is a great choice for first time NYC visitors like us.

I probably wouldn't stay here again. For how much money it costs to stay in NYC (thanks to the zillion fees and taxes), I think I could have spent the same amount of money for a better quality hotel.

Very good location of the hotel. Instantly down to Times Square, very well connected to subway stations in the area. Close to nice landmarks such as Radio City and Rockerfeller. Although in Times Square, the windows provided enough insulation for sound, and they are also equipped with shades. Also liked the staff, very nice poeple. The standard rooms are quite small, but I did not feel like I needed more for this trip. For two people with 2 pieces of luggage, the room is enough. Facilities are new and have a modern look. In my opinion, there is too much dust in the centre of the city. It was everywhere and it can be felt in the air all throughout the city. What I did not like was that for the 2 times that we asked housekeeping to enter the room, they did not wipe anything for dust, only mopped the floors I think and changed the sheets - when we asked, the first time they only tidied the bed.

Elevators can get busy and some ppl were confused as to how elevators worked Convenient and well done

Cleanliness was excellent ! Bathroom , towels , bedsheets.. room service , staff they, they were so kind . I loved how they were accommodated our luggage hold request and one hour late check out. Also water bottle filling station was so helpful . Overall it must book when you visit NY and want to live near timesquare Space is so small. We were four bed was comfy but if you have more luggage it’s hard to adjust in room to even open the bags - ( big bags ) so we were 3 and we had 2 check in bags and one back pack it was hard for us to even open all of them together

The location is amazing. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and quite. Loved the rooftop bar! The room was small but adequate.

Location was really convenient, walking distance to the Radio City Music Hall. Lots of restaurants and attractions near by. Hotel was nice and clean. Enjoyed it. The elevator was a bit confusing, but the friendly staff assisted us, so that was nice. The room was small, but we already knew that, since its in the middle of TimeSquare~
