Great stay! Excellent location, spotless cleaning, and very friendly staff. Rooms are small, but the restaurant and rooftop are amazing—great quality and very budget-friendly menus! Totally recommended.

Great location

It was nice, clean, and felt safe. While the rooms are small (only to be expected in the area, of course), they were efficiently appointed which made it a comfortable stay for our family of 3.

They charged me for stuff I didn't get or do after I checked out

They gave me the wrong room. The moved us 4 times due to the issues with my room reservation, the hotel being fully booked, they gave us a dirty room, they gave a room with a leak on the bathroom, they split my family into 2 room because they couldn't accommodate us and no room service. It was a terrible experience. I hate to write bad reviews, but the inconvenience was unpleasant.

La propiedad muy acogedora no de lujo pero cumplió mi expectativa para mí porque no buscaba lujo algo céntrico y dentro de mis posibilidades aunque no muy económico . Lo recomiendo mucho el personal muy atento hablan español . Lo único que no me gustó los elevadores muy demorados y que enfrente del hotel está muy sucio es decir la aparte de la calle lo que afea la zona el resto estuvo muy bien . Las habitaciones súper lunlias hacían servicio todos los días lo que muy pequeñas y ruidosas porque la mía quedaba justo enfrente del elevador tengan esto en cuenta a la hora de reservar mi habitación era 2015 pero al ande a tener vista jijiiiuu aaa y que aún espero mi refound es decir el depósito me dijeron una seman ya lleva más solo espero que lo retornen . Peeo sin dudas una excelente ubicación casi que duermes con pie en el time Squeare literal y si no te molesta el bullicio y te gusta esa energía ese es el sitio Gracias

I actually loved it for my one day stay. Me and my boyfriend was comfortable also all the stafff were really helpful and polite

I payed for 3 nights and I payed 3 days parking, finally they charged me the 3 days parking and told me the was because it’s a Outsourced parking. I tried to talked with the manager to show him my received and they told me that the manager was busy.

Fantastic hotel with a great location. Would stay here again. The lifts can be a little busy and could be improved on for instructions to guests so that you don’t end up stopping on many floors with no one entering or exiting the lifts. Make sure you leave earlier if you need to get somewhere on time! Great amenities and very helpful staff!

I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. I felt like this was a bait and switch. The room was not as pictured. Pictured was a standard double queen room with beds side-by-side. In the actual room, the head of one bed butt up to the foot of the second bed, forming an L shape. The room was so small that I had to take my suitcase in the bathroom to open it completely. The staff advises that you allow 15 minutes for the elevator; that's about right as the elevators are rather slow. The lobby is beautifully decorated.

The property was very close to the theatres I went to which was a plus not having to walk very far.

Helpful staff across the board - the bell hop was always ready to help and provided suggestions for us. There were four elevators and a beautiful roof top bar and restaurant. They provided vouchers for each room we had, which was a nice touch. I found the streamer incredibly useful for our evenings at Broadway shows. The staff, again I’ll say that they were so helpful and kind. We had younger group of kids from outer-USA during the World Cup. Understandably the kids were very excited and not terribly mindful of others as they navigated hallways and elevators… the staff did try to help other guests with this in a very respectful and calm manner. Also, I had my 84 yr old mom and 3 kids with me. The staff helped make sure we were on the same floor, which was really important for me to feel safe about things on a very busy vacation. I can’t thank them enough for making that happen!

Biggest issue was the long wait for the elevators, which we knew when we reserved. We got a great price so it was worth it even with the elevator wait time.
