Rooms are extremely small, few amenities and very pricey for what you get compared to other places in area

Excelente hotel. Llegamos por referencias de internet y confirmamos que es una muy buena opcion para visitar NY. Es un hotel muy ordenado y limpio. La habitacion es pequeña para los estandares que unos esta acostumbrado pero funciona perfecto, comoda, bonita decoración y práctica. Para 2 personas es perfecta.

Rooms are very small, bedding is amazing.

Everything was good but one of the receptionist was very arrogant and rude ( the one who checked me in on the first day)

But the hotel is nice, clean and the location is great.

Our room was clean and the view was actually amazing! Nothing bad about the hotel, it is a small room but perfect for the purpose, sleep and shower. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to NYC 🚕🗽

Very quiet place in the center of Times Square. It was a great stay. Staff is very friendly.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We decided to add an extra night, and they were able to keep us in the same room so we didn’t have to pack everything up and move, which was really appreciated. The hotel also offers luggage storage and shuttle buses to the airport. We chose to take the subway instead, as it worked out at around a quarter of the price for the two of us, but it was great to have the shuttle option available. Overall, a great affordable hotel in a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite small, but clean and updated. I expected this for a budget friendly stay in NYC. The bed was comfortable and I liked the shower and soap products. The room had a safe and a refrigerator. Two drawbacks-no drawers and no separate enclosed bathroom so one’s privacy is limited. (You step out of the shower into the middle of the room.). Fine for solo travelers, but no real privacy for two people.

Chose this hotel because it said pet friendly with fees. After we paid and got there the front desk said only 2 dogs allowed. I have 3 chihuahuas. And he wouldn't refund me even though I had just paid like 20 minutes earlier on hotels.com. he made me pay for a night even though I had to spend money on another hotel that would take the dogs

Steak and Eggs was the highlight meal. Tiny rooms.

Staff did a great job assisting us during our stay. Very accommodating and the space was perfect.

The location is the best one for tourists. The room is NYC style and you shouldn't expect a big room.
