Clean room and easy to reach from time square

The room we were assigned was “one” star at best -! noisy, blinds torn and one blind didn’t work, shortage of towels and one bed instead of two. Way too costly for the amenities given.

Bad experience. AC was not working so kept turning off every frw hours and we had to ask for maintenance on all days we were here tonkeepncoming to turn on AC. In the end, they said they would give us a discount and take off facility fees, but when I checked out and asked for a printout to make sure, it was not taken out and the lady in front said to call a number which just directed me back to them. So I am asking for a general manager, but she said that they don’t have one on site. The whole stay was very inconvenient up to the last minute.

The room didn’t not have a closet and the bed was cheap and bed frame too. The sheets weren’t soft. Towels were thin and small. Walls are thin and you could hear everything. Beware of this hotel.

Not very good. The shower was the worst, hand held with barely a stream of water. Waste of money.

Staff at night was so bad

The staff was very nice however the air conditioning in our room was broken and there was nothing they could do so we had to sleep in a hot room overnight. Very uncomfortable.

Very clean room and room service was great!

The only reason to stay here is for the location next to Times Square. The lobby seating area was disgusting with zero privacy given all the wall mirrors, the rooms are 6/10 assuming your bed doesn't have the feel of a pull-out couch or squeak like one and the bathroom water pressure was a 3/10. Good luck for a couple or family of more trying to get out the door in a timely manner.

You cannot beat this location. Situated right in the heart of Times Square, it puts you steps away from Broadway theaters, major subway lines, and endless entertainment. It is the perfect base for exploring New York City.The room itself is basic and no-frills, but it gets the job done. It was clean, functional, and provided a safe, comfortable place to sleep after a long day of sightseeing.The hotel staff were wonderful. Every team member was welcoming, professional, and eager to help with directions or recommendations. Their great service stood out during the stay.The absolute highlight of the property is the amazing dessert shop located right on the premises. Having incredible sweet treats available just an lift ride away was a fantastic and delicious bonus.

Plus, we walk to our Broadway show so easily. Dunkin’ Donuts is across the street for your morning coffee cause there are no amenities like that, and no fridge in the room, etc.. the carry-on suitcases fit under the bed for storage… That’s how tiny the room was, but that was fine for us. Overall, I thought it was a pretty good value for the price so I would recommend it.

Nice small rooms right in Times Square Broadway district. Not many amenities but clean.

This is a wonderful, affordable option in Times Square! We had an issue with the AC thermostat not adjusting, so it was too cold for us, but just running the fan was perfect. Not many frills in the room itself, but it was comfortable and convenient.

Stayed in room with 2 beds. We didnt mind that room was super small. They only provided very small, very worn bath towels. One of them looked more grey than white and was stained. They all had loft their fluff years ago. No face towels were provided although if they were anything like the bath towels, we would not have used them. Air conditioning was extremely loud when it kicked on so it kept waking us up. Bathroom shower was not very clean. We refused to stand in it with our bare feet. The carpet in the room was flithy and worn, so no bare feet in the room at all. On the plus side, staff were very nice and helpful when we needed directions or luggage stored.

AC worked; convenient location to Broadway shows & serendipity.

Ice machine didn't work. Also no fridge. Staff was excellent. Location is awesome! Still a 5 star for the price!
