Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. We were on the 33 floor. Great view and was quiet even when Times Square was extremely busy at night. A bit hard to find as the lobby is on the 11th floor and signage is limited or lost in the chaos of the Times Square location. My only complaint is the urban resort fee was not explained before booking and it was unclearly explained as to what it entailed and how much it would cost as I checked in. At that point I had no choice. It appeared as an additional $92.06 charge on my credit card for 1 night.

The view There was no customer service at all. The reception never responded to any of our calls, day or night, even at checkout. Whenever we needed anything, we had to go down to the lobby in person just to ask for assistance.

Everything was amazing from the moment I entered until I reached my room. All the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

We like everything about this hotel. My daughter and I have stayed there a couple of times. Firstly the location is fantastic if ur planning on being in the center of everything especially Broadway shows. Its walking distance to some of the best restaurants..coffee spots...brekkie places and tourist spots. The hotel is spotless. Our room was a perfect size. And so clean with a fab view of Timesquare. Its so easy to get to too. Drive up to valet right outside where the 2 guys Dino and Miguel are super efficient, friendly and a great first impression of the service u will receive at the Tempo. Check in is efficient and friendly. Help from staff if needed with bags is offered and everyone is happy and has a great overall vibe. We used the restaurant for a quick snack and coffee and it was great. Again efficient and friendly and clean. Gym is well equipped and perfect for a stay away workout. The overall ambiance of the hotel is a 10 plus. Stafff and efficiency and helpfulness is also a 10. Check out is easy each time we have stayed. Plan ur car pick up so u head to brekkie whike they are getting it and u don't have to hang around. They store ur bags for u. And call when ur car is ready but ur not rushed to be back ASAP. They are so accommodating. This hotel is by far our fave in NYC and has never disappointed. We have nothing to add here.

Cons: water and ice dispensers did not exist, though were advertised. $100 per day deposit charged at check in that was not mentioned, so be aware if you choose to stay here.

Excellent location in Times Square. Well managed and well manned. Only issue is that the keys to the door seemed to expire on a daily basis sending you to go talk to the front desk - the lines at the front desk were at times long. Overall, very good tho.
