The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was kept clean and the location was very central.

The room was clean and decently sized. Front desk and bell staff were all extremely helpful and the hotel was right next door to the Palace Theatre where we had ticlets to a show. Super convenient. The streets were a little noisy by you couldn't hear anything from our rooms.

Everything was good except the food. The price I paid, Next time I rather stay but not buy the breakfast package. The bagel was a couple days old, and the food has no taste and limited choices. The surrounding area to the hotel has converter choices of breakfast

Overall good stay. Right in the heart of time square. Came for a broadway show, literally a 5 min walk to dinner and theatre. Would stay again when visiting NYC

We had a wonderful stay at the tempo Hilton in Times Square. It was very close to the theater where we were going to see a show that evening. The staff was very helpful. They were able to check us in early and also supply a fan because we like noise to sleep with the room was very cool as New York was experiencing a heat wave at the time so it was a wonderful temperature. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing that I would say is the breakfast was not very good.

Been to many many hotels before but nothing compared to tempo, from the excellent views of Times Square and the first class customer service that I received really made my days there very pleasant and I look forward in coming back .
