Location. Private lobby. Bowtie bar. Rooms seem older. Not all rooms have great view., when you pay almost 1000 bucks for ‘king’ you expect you are allocated a room with a better view. Especially when you stay for 2 weekdays out of the total 4 days.

My daughter left her teddy bear behind and the hotel located it and wrote to my daughter with a present , letter and returned her teddy. They dealt with the whole situation wonderfully. Gina Marie couldn’t have done enough and we really appreciated all her help.

The staff was exceptional and the hotel could not be in a better location for times square fun. The hotel was nice, but could use some updates.

Conveniently located by Times Square, with a nice lobby removed from the street (upper level). Room was very clean and well equipped.
