Having to take one elevator to the lobby and then another elevator to get to the guest rooms was a pain and could be quite time consuming. The breakfast bar was overpriced for what it was. The staff was wonderful.

The location was perfect. The staff assisted my 84 year old Mom with her wheelchair. Housekeeper (guy) was so friendly.

The staff was welcoming and helpful at the front desk and lounge and while you had to take 2 elevators to get to your room, I appreciated the added safety that it provided. The only draw back was an elevator that was out of order a few times.

The room was clean but old. The shower and bathroom was old and very deteriorated.

Location was Excellent since I wanted to stay in the Heart of Times Square. Room service was Great and Employees very hospitable. The only thing that made the trip uncomfortable, was one of the elevators out of 3 kept jumping. skipping floors. and slow response. Other than that it was a Great and comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful location, great staff. We loved everything about this stay. We brought our medium-sized, well-behaved dog and it was wonderful being so close to the theater. They were so accommodating.
