We were able to check in early and the staff was very accommodating to us. Celebrating my daughter and wives birthday here and they had wonderful gift for them. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Times Square.

Location is perfect and the staff as well specially Ms. Manisha and Mr. Eddie at the reception. Dear Management Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the warm hospitality and assistance extended to us during our recent stay at Aparthotel Adagio Brentford, London. We stayed at the hotel from 17 June to 17 July, and I would particularly like to acknowledge the hospitality and kindness of Mr. Eddie and Ms. Manisha. Their support and courteous attitude were truly appreciated and contributed positively to our stay. However, I would also like to bring a few concerns to your attention for review. We have been staying at your hotel almost every summer for the past five years, generally for around a month with our family, and therefore we have come to regard the hotel as a familiar and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately, this year we experienced several issues that significantly affected our comfort. Firstly, the air conditioning was not up to the expected standard. Given the exceptionally hot weather and heatwave conditions in London during our stay, the lack of effective air conditioning made our accommodation particularly uncomfortable. We would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed, especially with regard to the comfort of guests during periods of extreme heat. Secondly, we stayed on the first floor this year and experienced considerable disturbance from the basement door, which repeatedly banged throughout the night as guests and staff used it. Apart from the noise and disruption to sleep, this also raised concerns regarding security. We feel that the door should be properly secured or adjusted so that it does not repeatedly slam, particularly during nighttime hours. We hope this matter can be investigated as both a security and guest-comfort issue. Lastly, I would like to raise a concern regarding housekeeping and cleaning services. On some occasions, the manner in which members of the cleaning staff communicated with us was not as courteous or professional as we would have expected.

The property is literally located at Times Square, so if that's where you want to be, this is your place. I loved the proximity to Broadway shows. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The only drawback was that some things seem to need updating/repairs, but those were more minor things. Having more access to plugs for charging phones and laptops in the room would have been great. We didn't do the breakfast as the cost was too high for us, but it did look like it was good.

Place is in a perfect location in time square so ofcourse its high traffic. Mini fridge in room did not work and room needs so updates

This hotel and staff was great!

Also, we didn’t have soap neither body wash in the room, even though we asked for it. Service was a sporadically, towels were not changed properly as we are used to be treated in a Marriott
