W New York - Times Square

We had someone staying in the that was allocated when we entered the room. Luggage and other items were there.

The W Time Square is in the heart of everything! Clean, modern and very grand. Staff was super helpful! Rooms were large and clean. Definitely recommend

Great hotel!

The hotel is in a great location and the room layout was nice. But the hotel is looking dated - the bathrooms have seen better days, the charging next to the bedsides was not up to-date and the common areas were lacking. I didn't find the concierge particularly helpful either. Everyone was kind and for midtown Manhattan the rooms were big, but pricey. For the price, I would have expected better facilities and a more "luxurious" experience.

Dear future guests. First time in NYC ? Traveling during cold months this property for you. Time square is right there no walking required. Concierge David is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Well, when I first walked into the hotel, very nice very elegant. Staff was nice at first then once I was assigning my room my room was not clean as in if my pillows were dirty, and my bathroom was nasty here in the back of the toilet also under the toilet seat floor and towel was dirty. But once I made a complaint about it, they did assign me to another room where the floor was also and the bathroom area the concierge was helpful. I did have great views until they had to move my room. Everything was fine until then. It was time to check out that’s when the problem came when I first got there. The lady told me that this little sheet thing was optional and they tried to charge me $91 at the end for it, but I never even got the benefit so we went back-and-forth me and the manager and at the end of it they end up just credit me for one of them and not credit me so I end up having to pay $51 for something I didn’t even use meaning the jam the Wi-Fi and $20 at the bar. I didn’t even get none in that at all we had to walk to stores to get drinks. Why would I do that if I had free $20 but they did not honor it so I have to give this hotel definitely D.

I have stayed at this hotel four times now, and each visit has been better than the last. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making me feel special and valued as a guest. Their exceptional customer service is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Combined with the beautiful property and comfortable accommodations, they consistently provide an outstanding experience.
