Saw a note towards the end of the stay that the coffee maker would have to be ordered by dialing 0. I was deprived of the basic amenity of having coffee in my room.

I will definitely stay here when I return. I could not have asked for a better location in Times Square. As soon as you walk out the front door, you are there. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff was great.

Only issue I had ,the first room on the 50th floor room 5002 smelled like mildew extremely bad, was switched to a room on the 23rd floor 2302 an it was a lot better,I think when you get rooms through third parties companies they give you the worst rms,and I hate the destination fee of $200,UNNECESSARY,but I figured out you will get hustled in NYC by any means ,so be careful & aware please…

Location is good. Off Times Square and close to shows. It was a pain going up two different elevators to get to room. The experience checking in wasn’t ideal. The staff member rushed thru and didn’t tell us much except if there were questions to call to desk or ask concierge.
