The hotel is excellent where few steps away from the dazzling and iconic Times Square NYC. A bit smaller room for 4 persons but just a minor issue and manageable.

Spacious room, superb location with Times Square few mins walk-away. One of the front desk staff members was really unhelpful.

Location! This was our second stay- first time the staff were rude but we gave it another try bc of the location. Charged $79 to check in early. The furniture inside our room was stained and dated. We didn’t have a water pot for the coffee/tea- the machine was there but we didn’t have the water pot. We asked for one and it never came. Second and last time we stay here.

Perfect location right next to Times Square. Hamilton right across street. Within one to three blocks of most of the theaters. The restaurant, Bond 45, inside the hotel is amazing! Breakfast was also great! We received vouchers to either choose from the grab and go, which was free or you can sit down in the restaurant for $6.50 and have a limited menu. But the options were perfect and the food was great!

The property is right in the heart of Times Square & close to subways. I felt very safe staying in the hotel because there’s a staff in-front of the elevators making sure you are a guest of the hotel before you get on the elevator. Breakfast should be alll day

Position and room, it was basically in Times Square , and the room was spacious compared to same 4 stars in the area. Breakfast wasn’t included as advertised and no fridge in the room

The location was perfect to access restaurants, shows and tourist attractions. The breakdast vouchers were very useful to use to restarant on site. The food was very good and the service very swift. The cherry on top was the happy hour tuesdays,thursdays and fridays with live musicians and complementary nibbles.Loved the music in the lift and the artworks in the lobby. Staff was great. Our room 911 smelt of stale smell, the lack of fresh air is clear. I am not sure that the fan worked in the bathroom. There must be a way to make the room smell better if you can t open the window. The bath itself itself was very slippy so if you don t want to break your neck put a towel under your feet to stabilise yourself. The lighting in the room was very poor.and the air con did not work on heat just cool and was very noisy.

Loved the art deco building, large comfy bed, great hairdryer, The Rum House jazz bar. Took ages and ages and ages... for the hot water to come through in the shower.

Our room was small-ish, but super cute. Bathroom was very functional but the 1/2 glass wall shower made for lots of water out of the shower. Overall, it was very functional and we’d choose to stay again. Breakfast was excellent, the bed slept well, good TV options, and the lobby area was very unique. Location is excellent and daily room cleaning was wonderful!

Great location. Walked everywhere. We had an every quiet room on the 21st floor. Newly renovated room. Nice bed. The bathroom sliding door was translucent and did not offer enough privacy.
