Great location, nice room sizes, and friendly/helpful staff.
-
Stay was good 👍
-
The rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful
-
Hotel is nice but the beds suck and the toilet was almost impossible to use as it was shimmied in between the shower and sink.
-
The location was phenomenal, but the staff was lacking.
-
Great location in the city! Especially if you’re coming to watch a show on Broadway! Walking distance to so many places! We loved our stay!
-
The hotel is historic which I love, its modernized but still with the historic art deco elements throughout from main areas to rooms. A bit of old New York right in the heart of the city. The rooms are clean and quiet with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The WiFi is good. The attached restaurants-Bond 45 and Friedman’s-are both convenient options with good food. I would like to see mini fridges as standard room amenities and smart tvs for allowing streaming as if you are in the room the viewing options are limited. However overall this is a great place to stay and I will stay again.

The hotel wanted to charge me twice for my stay. The room had no refrigerator and was not the cleanest.
-
The room was super clean and spacious. I really appreciated their complementary breakfast. It was very helpful, especially while we were on the go. They also gave us a free bottle of wine. The hotel is very close to all the plays and restaurants.
-
The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean but did not give the view I requested when I booked reservations.
-
Nice and great location for Times Square.
-
Staff was excellent and kind however room quality is poor.
-
The cleaning staff were amazing! The ice machine on our floor stopped working the first night, we told staff and no one seemed to care and told us to use another ice machine on another floor. The rooms were very small but beds were comfortable and A/C worked great! The grab and go breakfast was horrible and the extra charges after booking were insane. Great location on Times Square though. Overall 3/5!
-
Very well maintained and clean hotel with lovely vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious for NYC and clean with a very comfy bed. Can hear the Times Square noise at times - we were 18th floor but still managed to sleep through it ok! The breakfast option at the Curve deli was fantastic.
-
Perfect for access to Times Square (60sec walk). Close to multiple theatres. Friendly team, signature rooms are average but perfect for the location and price. Tiny bathroom. Overall good place to stay
-
Location was awesome. Few steps to Times Square. Easy to get to theatres . The rooms clean. No refrigerator or coffee pot. Restaurants were great. Older nostalgic hotel. I would stay again. Price was decent.
