Property is average. The great advantage is the location. Perhaps a bit pricey for what you obtain and Wifi terrible. Never worked properly.

Great Location! Friendly and Helpful Staff!!

The room was nice and big, and very clean. Good ensuite and excellent shower. Comfortable bed. The only issue was the air conditioning - it was a very noisy unit so we couldn't use it overnight, which meant we didn't sleep very well as the room was too hot without it. Great location with everything on the doorstep.

I didn’t realize when I booked this hotel there would be a $45 resort fee. The gym was really small. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. I didn’t have the energy to go down to the front desk to complain about it. I was only there for one night, but I don’t think I would go back.

Nice location, small bathroom, very clean. Public areas need a little TLC. Id stay again.

Super rude staff, charged me twice had to despite one

Did not like this hotel! It was super expensive and not even worth it. I paid 900 for three days. The floors had paint on them, the curtains were broken, it smelled super bad, the cleaning lady only came once during our time staying there. She knocked on our door at like 7am just to give us towels. Absolutely hated this hotel

Good hotel in times square

Most stuff was broken when we got there
-
great spot and good price

The location of the hotel is pretty much unbeatable if you are looking for walking-distance to iconic NYC places. We visited during the early summer days, and with the World Cup in full swing, the surrounding atmosphere was great
-
Friendly staff and very helpful when asked about surroundings and sites to visit, only thing I found missing was a cafe or food outlet on site, even just a coffee shop would have been appreciated, rather than waiting till you are ready to explore the city a place to have a coffee and plan your day would have been desirable,

The room I received was not the one shown in the photos and did not match the room I booked. I was disappointed because I paid for a different room than the one I was given. The restroom was very small, and the room had an old window A/C unit that was poorly installed, with a piece of plywood covering the opening around it. Overall, the room was outdated, poorly maintained, and did not meet the expectations set by the listing. I would not stay here again.

I got the room for $166/night and it was a very much “you get what you pay for” experience by NYC standards. It did serve the purpose of being the pied a terre I needed between Pride events, but the lobby smelled like mothballs and the room isn’t very well maintained. There are a lot of obvious paint chipping issues, malfunctions with the AC wall unit, and the soap bottles attached to the wall in the (rather small) shower being nearly empty. The proximity to the theatres and HK is a plus, but I would not stay here again unless it was at a MUCH deeper discount

Worst place we have ever stayed at. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Multiple outlets did not work. WiFi did not work in rooms. You could not stream from the room because WiFi did not work so we were stuck with basic cable. Bedside lamps did not work. Incidental hold was extremely high for such a rundown hotel. We were refunded for the incidental and then 3 days later were charged a 175 dollar resort fee which we were not told about. When we questioned the resort fee. We were told that it is for amenities like Gym which they do not have, pool which they did have and WiFi use which did not even work. We are in the process of detesting that with our bank. We go to New York every couple of years and will never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to any one. This place just needs to close their doors because it is straight trash. Staying here ruined our whole trip.

The frontend helped me for an early check-in and that helped me a lot. She’s the best!

Dirty. Building graded F. Not sanitary. Pictures are very misleading.
-
Very clean but the room was extremely small

Clean to the point, no wasteful bull. Looking forward to my next stay with his hotel.
