Good location, central to everything, near the subways. Room is okay for one person, not the smallest I have seen in NY. The room has a window facing the wall and a working platform, it’s undergoing upgrade, so curtain had to be closed all time. Was asking an 0.5-1 hour extend for checkout cos need to buy something and pack in. It was firmly rejected. Luggage storage is charged $2 per piece. Doesn’t sound like an attitude of 4star hotel.

Location was ideal for Broadway show as well as easy walk from Penn station/access to Columbus circle and Central Park. Also loved that our room had no street noise. Free coffee and tea was a nice touch. If I had to choose something, the room was small. But it was fine. We were hardly there except to sleep.

The property was in a great location. The staff were exceptional and very kind and helpful!! The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean! 5 Stars K! Honestly, having to leave. The room was very cozy and comfortable and I didn’t want to leave.

The location was extremely convenient to attractions in Times Square and the theaters. The air conditioning and television operation was very easy. The living space and bathroom were much smaller than anticipated. It wasn’t a big problem, just not what was expected.

The location! The hotel was close to 2 subway stations and walkable to the main theaters and Times Square, countless restaurants and entertainment. The room was pretty small, but since it was for just me and my 7yo daughter for only 3days it worked out great for us!
