Had a great stay here during a trip to NYC. The location was excellentbclose to public transit, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel made for a comfortable home base after long days in the city. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting New York for the first time!

One of the things I appreciated most was that I was able to carry out most of my work responsibilities and business meetings comfortably within the hotel. The atmosphere was professional, welcoming, and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The rooms are small, however it was very clean and the staff, especially Grace at the front desk, was very helpful during our stay. Lord, was the bartender that helped us on two different occasions and was very friendly and accommodating. The only con that I have was The view from our room. However, I suspect a lot of rooms have that same view of the city, which was mostly buildings and tops of buildings. We had left an item in our room after checkout and the staff was very helpful in having that item returned to us by mail. Would suggest the room and hotel to our friends for the location especially.

I have stay a few times at this hotel. It is the location and roof bar that bring me back. The bed was okay, it use to be great. The staff is okay, some friendly and helpful others are not. If you are a first time traveler to NYC this hotel will be great.
