The hotel decor was unique and very modern from the art to the bedroom layout and lighting. Loved the space and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel for our next adventure in NY.

1. The parking garage right across the street told me to have the hotel validate my paring stub and they would take $10 off. The hotel said "we don't do that." 2. I was trying to get change for a $20 but was told they couldn't do it - meaning no money, not that they wouldn't I guess.

Great stay. Helpful lobby team, great location for theatre and Times Square. Room was tiny, and felt like a cool space pod. Enjoyed it.

The hotel is really nice. Also the room was very comfortable. However cleaning was bad, they forgot lots of places, dirty windows, dust everywhere and at 8 in the morning they start screaming at the hall, so no sleeping in during my vacation... Beside the cleaning they are also very behind on small maintenance. Lots of light switches that don't work, the closet fell apart during our stay, the showerhead was broken to name a few...

It is very near and walkable to Time square. Very near the subway A block away from souvenir stores The staff are very helpful and approachable Breakfast is available They clean the room everyday The entrance is hard to find At night the Lobby the Ambiance is too dark No coffee or tea maker in the room you need to buy at their restaurant all the time you need it aside from in the morning when you are having breakfast that you have to pay $25 each day

The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely. That breakfast wasn’t included but it was decently priced.

Small rooms, but they served the purpose and had everything we needed. Would like to have either coffee in the room or free coffee down in the lobby. But, overall, I will be back because of the amenities they offer and the nice location near theater District and Times Square. Every employee there was very helpful and first rate.

I’ve stayed at a bunch of hotels in Time Square but this has become by new favorite. I love how modern everything is and everything is very comfortable and attractive. I will definitely be staying here more often!

I liked the familiarity that citizenM provides. I've stayed in other locations and it was a safe bet knowing what to expect of the room, how check-in would work, and that it's just a nice place to look at in the lobby during my stay, construction on one of the elevators was happening on my floor for hours during the morning and afternoon. it was pretty loud but it won't be a forever-thing
