The Pearl New York

We had the best customer service and communication with all of the staff we encountered! Our room was clean and hotel was in a great location. We had just a quick overnight stay after a broadway show so I cannot comment on breakfast.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Good sized room. Great location!! Couple of things could be done better. The pillows were too thick for my comfort. We asked to see if there were other options, but we were told all the pillows were the same. So, I had to sleep without a pillow. First time this has ever happened to me. Secondly, the coffee was terrible. Offered milk, low fat milk, coffee mate pods and powdered creamer. In today's world, I would have expected at least choice of flavored creamers, better coffee and perhaps a Cappuccino machine? Last suggestion would be water available in the lobby.

The property was centrally located and generally well maintained. The rooms were large but slightly worn. Staff was very helpful and I thought it was excellent value for a trip to new york.

It is in the middle of the theater district and convenient to all the major theaters. Highly recommend if you are going to a broadway show.

My husband and I traveled to NYC for a quick weekend get away. This was our first time staying at The Pearl, we had a great experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and assisted us right away. The room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit, which was convenient. We will plan on staying here again on our next trip to the city.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Pearl. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the location perfect for our itinerary of Broadway shows and nearby attractions, the room was spacious, clean and quiet with good air conditioning and the Empire Steakhouse’s (adjoining the hotel) price fix pre theatre dinner was delicious ( short rib, branzino and tiramisu).
