THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE SHEETS WHOLE WEEK The grumpy old man at breakfast was rude. Check in and counter staff all great.

The staff were amazing. The hotel itself could use some updates, but overall we had a great stay.

It was a lovely stay at The Pearl. The staff was very helpful, there was a breakfast included, a wine party everyday at 5:00, free snacks and coffee 24/7. Location is fantastic-just a block and a half from Times Square and the TKTS booth. Though my window was on the street, it was very quiet. Doorman, Manuel, was excellent-very friendly and helpful. Empire Steakhouse connected right next door. I will definitely stay there again on a future trip.

This is my second visit. Rooms are large for NYC. staff very helpful and accommodating. Location perfect if you're going to see Broadway shows

Great location if you’re interested in going to the theater. Excellent service, variety of options for the continental breakfast, rooms are clean and the daily 5-6pm complimentary wine offering is a treat!

Terrific stay! Staff was super helpful right from the start, and the lobby and our room were super clean. Complimentary wine in the evening, and breakfast in the morning, made the stay even more comfortable and fun!

My partner and I were looking for local attractions and lounges to attend in the front desk where eager to help and beyond gracious. We were approximately 2 blocks away from Times Square, which turned out to be very convenient cluttered, crowded over stimulating and anxiety inducing. However, I didn't enjoy my time and we'll look forward to looking a stay sometime in the future.

Great location in mid-town near Broadway theaters and close to Times Square, also close enough to walk to/from Penn Station and Port Authority. Attractive rooms of a good size. Small but functional lobby to use as a waiting area. It was easy for us to stow bags here while we were out and about before and after our stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

very nice hotel at the heart of the Theater district, walking distance to subway lines and Times Square, The staff was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. My room was modern and up to date with bedding, plumbing and great AC. My room had a refrigerator which was clean and convenient. I only wish there was a microwave as well. There was breakfast available, but I did not partake. Definitely recommend this property.

All the staff went beyond to be helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean but our tv remote only worked when standing directly in front of the TV and we had no running hot water all weekend. The location is nice. Room was quiet

Beautiful hotel with great location and quiet spacious rooms. Coffee not so great but the happy hour made up for it. We will be back !

The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions. It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options were a little limited. However, apart from that, everything was brilliant. The hotel was comfortable, the service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend it and would definitely return.
