Staff were very polite. If you are looking for a location near time sq and 5th Av it’s great. But perhaps look further south if this isn’t what you’re looking for. The smell of drains was persistent. The breakfast said continental but was only really pastries, bagels and boiled eggs. No cheeses, meats, fruit (other than bags of sliced apples).

Exceptionally comfortable and spacious rooms that are kept spotless. The beds guarantee a great night's sleep, and the hotel ambiance is calm and quiet. On top of that, the staff is wonderfully friendly and highly efficient. The location is unbeatable—Times Square and major subway lines are right around the corner (less than a minute's walk). Absolutely worth every penny! Breakfast: Options are fairly limited and there are no hot items. While this certainly didn't spoil our experience, it is an area that could definitely be improved.

Corporate feel, in a good way. Very clean. Very helpful staff called a car service for the airport that was $25 less than ride shares.

The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, which is a big deal to me. The staff made the stay exceptional. Every staff member we met was kind, professional, and really helpful. The location was walkable, vibrant, but surprisingly quiet during sleeping hours.

Rooms are big and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. 24/7 coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks were always available. location is very central to broadway shows and Time Square. Will stay there again on my next trip.

It was as great. The theater district was easily accessible, but the hotel is not in the heart of the crowds.

The gem cafe is nothing special - it could benefit from having bottle water or a fruit to grab. It only ever had chips or pretzels. Otherwise, everything was superb.

Location is convenient to most all Broadway theaters and many excellent bars/restaurants. The staff was tremendous from check-in through check-out. Very friendly and helpful. N/A

מלון מצויין, במיקום מושלם( קרוב לטיימסקוור, לברודווי ומרחק הליכה מהשדרה החמישית עם סבווי קרוב, חנות למצרכים..) חדר מרווח עם מטבחון עם מקרר ומיקרוגל, יש פינת קפה וחטיפים לאורך כל היום וארוחת בוקר טובה. הצוות נחמד מאד. הכל היה מצויין. זרם המים במקלחת היה מורכב לכיוון, יצא משני כיוונים בו זמנית ולקח זמן למים החמים להגיע.
