All the front desk people were awesome but Keegan made our day every 5pm free wine, yes I said free!!!! This place is well worth it especially if it’s your first time in NY Breakfast has quite a good selection for everyone even the picky

The front desk representatives were really nice and welcoming. They assisted m in finding the venue I was heading too. The room was gorgeous. Everything was quiet and spacious. I loved this hotel. Anytime I’m visiting NY this will be my go to.

The hotel itself is small. It is well maintained and comfortably appointed. The deciding factor for us is the staff. To a person, they are wonderful. They will help with anything and everything. They enjoy working in this hotel. Stay here.

Location Bed was poor and pillows harder than a rock. I also thought the room was dated and I did not like the carpet at all. I don’t like rooms with carpet. They collect a lot of dirt mold and other issues.

Praticamente sei a time square, comodo vicino alla metro, 15 minuti a piedi sei a central Park, a pochi passi da Union Central, Empire….sei al centro.

Our stay was long enough that we got to know the staff a bit. Very helpful. Great location for us and we will stay there again. Some outlets were loose in our room initially so phones did not charge but they were replaced quickly and had USB ports in the new ones. Continental breakfast with a number of pastry options.

Location was very close to everything, metro, Times Square, food and shops. Breakfast was poor not worth the money. Very limited variety. Better off eating a breakfast elsewhere for the same money.
