All the staff went beyond to be helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean but our tv remote only worked when standing directly in front of the TV and we had no running hot water all weekend. The location is nice. Room was quiet

The hotel is also in a great location for Times Square, making it easy to explore the city and all the main attractions. It was also great to be able to help ourselves to coffee and snacks throughout the day, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Breakfast did get quite busy around 9:00 am, and the food options were a little limited. However, apart from that, everything was brilliant. The hotel was comfortable, the service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend it and would definitely return.

The complimentary wine was spectacular, too! Then we got to our suite, which had been upgraded for us in such a short amount of time. It made our stay even more special. Every time I come to New York, this will be my go-to spot. I absolutely loved it! That I couldn’t stay longer

We stashed our bags early and left our car for valet. Everything was perfect! The staff was outstanding! Rooms could use a little repair and freshening

Location was great, beds were comfortable, room was spacious for our family of 5. If you have a street facing room, it is incredibly loud at night and makes it hard to sleep.

Below average hotel. I Tavel a lot and stay in hotels close 200 nights a year and definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Great service! Friendly staff and breakfast was great with the staff keeping everything clean. I liked the free wine in the lobby. Eating Nextdoor was super expensive for the steak. The beds were comfy and location was epic. Towels were not soft

Location. Mattress was the most comfortable hotel mattress I've slept on in years. Slept like a baby. Also very quiet room. Overall great. Just too bad one elevator broke down on a busy weekend

Include water in the room. $8 per water is wrong for a room over $700 per night.

Great location,near all theaters and close to subway stations. Hotel offers free breakfast and snacks! Not that great of shower pressure.
