Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent to hop on the subway to any destination in Manhattan. The suite option was exceptional for the roominess, layout, and quiet space. There was some food crumbs on the sofa bed and the bathroom sink did not drain well. Morning elevator can take some time to arrive. Overall, this would still be my top choice of place to stay the next time we are in NYC.

Property is not very clean and rooms are not big enough Nothing

Loved it. Nice rooms. Strong AC (summertime), gym in the facility but also they have guest passes to a nice local gym. They have daily wine and cheese hour on weekdays! The rooms are a tad bit dark but not a big deal. I just would’ve loved a little more light in the bathroom! But would definitely stay here again!

Excellent staff, very helpful. Good location. Nice stay!

Staff was really helpfull, they went Above and beyond to help me making adjustments to my reservation. The hotel is cozy, clean and close to main atractions of the city. I enjoyed my stay here, I'll be booking here again! Highly recommended!

amazing! i love it here each time

The hotel is nice and is in a great location. Staff was all nice and very helpful. I have issues with all of the hotels now charging "destination" fees of $30-$50 per day. This should be added to how much they show as a nightly fee. If these are indeed for gym use, etc. then you should not have to pay if you don't use those amenities.

It was nice for a romantic birthday night. Dinner in the evening, matinee on Broadway. Room needed some maintenance work on the door and wall near the door.
-
Overall, it was a run-of-the-mill stay—nothing special—with several issues we had actually anticipated. My room lacked a minibar and a safe, even though the reservation stated these amenities would be included; I had booked two rooms, and while one had them, the other didn't. When I complained to the staff, they sent someone who was completely unprepared and rude—we were treated very poorly. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The only positive aspect was the location, right near Times Square.

Room cleanliness needs work. The rooms and facilities are beat up and not in great shape. The beds are very comfortable. Someone decided it would be a good idea to put the TVs in the room inside a big mirror. The result? TVs are useless.
-
Nice place perfectly located in near Times Square laid-back easy access to everything. I’ll stay here again.
-
I liked the Design of the property but it needs a refresh in upholstery of the bed.
-
Very helpful staff very caring towards there guest and great communication

The hotel is well located. Minutes from Tines Square, dining options, Juniors, Sushi places, Din Tai Fung, and Broadway theatres so that makes life comfortable. Breakfast is not served so that’s a bummer. Hotel beds n mattresses could benefit from an upgrade. The rooms are just the size, and they r good for a Single person. But for these issues highlighted above, the hotel offers vom- value for yr money.
