Nice size hotel room but when the vent in the bathroom doesn’t work the whole room was foggy. There was no heat but maintenance said no heat until October 1st so the manager did accommodate with a portable heater . For the amount you pay to stay one night the pillow shouldn’t smell like someone’s gym socks!

Small room but very clean. Good location and comes with discounts for parking.

I actually stayed there twice during this trip (I left to attend a wedding at another hotel). First room was exceedingly small. Not an inch to story anything in the bathroom and not even a nightstand (or decent side table by the bed to story anything).

The abundance of free bottled water was great. The bed frames were worn down and the bed and pillows were lumpy. Water was either hot or cold

Joseph doorman was amazing! The room however, no coffee pot, no ice buckets to get it yourself. Other than that, rooms were ok.

Small rooms but the location and the staff make up for that fact! Great stay.

Hotel is in a great location in Time Square, but the hotel is quite run down. Lights falling off the wall, headboard of the bed falling apart, bathroom sink cracked.

Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean.

Exceptional

Image seemed to be a bit miss leading. Some of them look like it’s right on Times Square is actually a different hotel. The hotel is close to Times Square so it isn’t fully off and hotel room looked ok, I requested a high floor or a nice view and got everything but that. It’s wasn’t a deal breaker for me because I was hardly ever in my room but was told by the hotel they would “try”. I didn’t get anything but it was nice to have a fridge full incase I wanted something without having to leave my room, Overall it was a better experience than previous stays at different hotels.

The room was very small especially the bathroom.. not enough space to store our things. The staff was amazing and helpful. We had an obstructive view of another building which wasn't pleasant for us. The hotel is located in the heart of the theater district, shopping and dining which is awesome.

location was great, hotel was old and had a small elevator. I was expecting better than this compare to the price towels smell food and I was wondering why. I accidentally saw a large food service truck delivering clean towels. I am not joking.
