For NYC the room are a reasonable size. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good The bathrooms are dated and the shower isnt brilliant. Gym is very small

This Property is Superb. I loved my stay there. Everything was perfect from the rooftop Bar and Dining area to being a few blocks over to the heart of Times Square. I was there from Fri - Sun had a ball.

I was traveling with my son Brent who was in a wheelchair. They took great care of us form the time we got out of the cab from the airport to the time we checked out. They were always saying 'hi' and making you feel welcome every time you came or left. The room was serviced every day - they had plenty of staff. The location was wonderful. Close enough to Times Square and Broadway and yet not overrun by people and noise late at night. Across the street (less than one block) there was a small deli, small grocery, pizza shop, Korean Barbecue, Chinese / Ramen, and a small diner for american comfort food. Being on eight ave there was a wide pedestrian walkway for quick movement north and south on foot and on wheelchair. It was quick and easy to get cabs and ubers being on 8th street. It was a great base station for Central Park, NBC Studio Tour, Times Square and two Broadway shows in an all-too-short three day trip.

Really enjoyed our stay, there were some lovely touches that made our stay special

The rooms are spacious for NY standards, very clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and eager to help. I spent a week there with my son while he was doing theater camp, and it was a fantastic home base for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant forgot my order a couple of times. Waiters were not as friendly or attentive as the rest of the hotel staff.
