Staff were amazing and so helpful. Hotel is clean , tastefully decorated and rooms are quiet. Breakfast is quite basic but still good. Mattress slides of the bed easily.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and I always enjoy my stay. Chic and well designed. The restaurants and bars are really nice and the location is convenient.

The hotel looked lovely and the location was good. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was tiny, there wasn’t anywhere to unpack as there were only 5 hangers and no room to add anymore and only one drawer that was it. You can’t walk around the bed as the space was only wide enough for someone with size 2 feet. We were unable to use the roof top bar as each time we wanted to use it, we were told it was closed.

The staff was lovely and kind when I wanted to move to a lower floor during our stay. It is not uncommon for hotels in this area to have tiny rooms, and it did, but the slow and small elevators made me anxious, especially when in the evening one was taken offline to (an employee explained) move linens throughout the building. If heights/claustrophobia are issues for you, just consider that when making a reservation or request about your room.
