The Belvedere Hotel

We have stayed here many times. We visit NYC a lot. It is probably our favorite hotel in NYC. It is a convenient location, clean, and the staff is excellent. Our only issue this visit were the elevators. While there have been problems with the elevators in the past, we ran into significant delays and crowding throughout our stay this week and missed our planned train connection in our departure.

Great location, clean, and great staff.

The location could not have been better for a theater goer. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. My room was more than I expected as it was modern and obviously recently upgraded. One elevator was out of service so the other three could barely keep up. I definitely come back to the Belvedere.

Air climatisé tres bruillante

We had a great stay at the Belvedere. The hotel was very clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is near great restaurants and short walk to theaters.

We had a wonderful time. We always love the Belvedere. Only negative was one of the elevators was being serviced and it made it a little tricky getting up and down from the 15th floor when there were a lot of people using the elevator.

The location is excellent. The room size was quite large compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the city at a similar price point. This is our second stay at Hotel Belvedere and we would definitely consider coming back!

Not like… small cockroachs in bathroom last night

Room was okay. Had some fruit flies flying around that were annoying. The worst thing was probably the elevators. 3 of the 4 were working but it seemed that during busy times it took a long time to show up and then it would be full so we had to take the stairs from the 8th floor a few times. Breakfast that was provided was just bad coffee and some granola bars. Lucky there’s a good bagel place around the corner. Water fill station and ice were only available in the lobby. Refrigerator in the room was barely cool. For the price, it probably wasn’t worth it

La chambre était bien mais il y avait un drain dans notre salle de bain qui dégageait de parfois de mauvaises odeurs. Avec la porte fermée nous ne le sentions pas. Les lits étaient confortables. La climatisation faisait du bruit, mais ça ne nous a pas empêchés de dormir. Nous étions à un étage où nous avions vue sur le mur de l'immeuble à côté, mais encore là ça ne nous dérangeais pas car nous n'allions dans la chambre que pour dormir. L'hôtel est très tranquille. On sert du café gratuit le matin, comme il n'y a pas de cafetière dans les chambres. C'était bien apprécié. L'accueil au comptoir était un peu froid, mais on répondait bien à nos questions malgré la barrière de la langue. Le portier à l'entrée est très sympathique. Je retournerais à cet hôtel, car dans l'ensemble c'était très bien.

Hotel was in a great location, but the rooms are extremely small. Work seems to be constantly occurring in the elevator so it is difficult to get up and down to your room sometimes.

The staff at the front desk were accomodating and very friendly however there was an rather rude and unhelpful bellman, who really put a damper on our final night. Other than that, the hotel is in a convenient location, near some great restaurants, Times Square and the amazing Broadway!

Great location for everything, attractions, restaurants, shops, transportation.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Bathrooms were small. 3 elevators, 1 broken, 1 button to 11th floor (our floor) didn't work. Great location, near Times Square but not right in middle of craziness.

Perfect location for some sightseeing and a concert at MSG.

The property is old and rooms are basic but adequate. Bed is kinda bouncy, not super comfy. Great location. Super loud window ac unit.
