The Belvedere Hotel

The maid service was wonderful and the doormen were so accommodating. The front desk was not very helpful or friendly. Parking was outrageous at 75.00 a day.

The hotel was comfortable, well maintained and handy to everything I needed.

The location is great and the staff are exceptionally helpful and nice. The view is amazing! Superficially, the hotel looks high class. However, it doesn't take long to see the rooms and amenities are.low quality. For example, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall multiple times, and I had to keep putting it back. There is only one bath towel hook on the back of the bathroom door, and the room doesn't come with simple amenities like a shower cap that are standard in budget hotels.

Location is great (Ambassador & Gershwin Theatres just a few minute walk. Easy access to subway and lots of food. Would highly recommend. From room a bit noisy if people being loud in the halls. Beds super comfy! 1st night 4am - 4:30am some VERY loud family with a screaming child was in the halls and was letting their door slam and slam and slam. Not sure what was going on but it was infuriating- not the hotel fault - but annoying how much we could hear.

Great location. Not enough staff for check in and check out. Long wait times. The room was shabby. One of the lights didn’t work and the knob in the shower fell off.

17 floors and the only ice machine is in the lobby. Also no coffee makers in the rooms the coffee room on the ground floor only opens at 7 AM. Not helpful for early morning flights or early business meetings.

I love the locations,disliked elevators too tight and slow,no amenities.

Great location and facilities. Only downside was no coffee maker in the room but there was a mini-refrigerator so that was nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Would stay again.

The location was super convenient. It has both nearby parking and easy access to the Subway E train which makes getting to Penn Station/ Madison Square Garden super convenient (also Times Square and World Trade Center are super easy...no train charges for any of them). Great as a tourist. Parking is extra, and there was no free breakfast, but for the price a nice full service hotel in a great location this is a great value.

Nice hotel - no complaints. Make sure to take note of the facility fee that will be due at check-in. The Expedia price is not the “all-in” price.

A very pleasant hotel. Friendly staff, a spacious room with a great view of the city. A nice bathroom. Parking can be arranged. The street is quiet and cozy. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and are satisfied.

Our second stay here. Convenient location for the theater. We were fortunate to be able to check in a bit early. Room and bed comfortable. Clean. Shower was hot and ok pressure.
