JGSTAY - Times Square

Great location clean room and place. Rooms are small but comfortable and bathrooms are super clean too.

Comfortable sleeping arrangements and the ac felt nice. Close by a lot of great restaurants and tourist attractions. No real shower so bathroom floor got wet

Location is perfect Too bad expensive and uncomfortable without a lift, no space to even walk in the rooms

Our only “complaint” was no conditioner or lotion. Not a big deal! Will absolutely stay again soon!!

There was no top sheet on the bed which I found very unsanitary/gross. My room was under the stairs, so it was very noisy all the time, since there is no elevator.

Nothing No lift. Very noisy - you could hear the trains ar night and the toilet flushing in the next room. Limited facilities. Towels provided were old and rough. Room smelled damp. No window. No useable chair or table / desk in the room. No daily cleaning - not even to empty bins.

Location was great. Rooms extremely tiny. No elevator. Walked up 4 flights of stairs to access room.

Great location, close to everything. Restaurants, public transportation, and just 2 blocks from Times Square. The room was clean and bigger than we expected, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed on the second floor at the front, which has big windows. The windows don't have blackout curtains, so light from the street comes through and the room doesn't get very dark at night. Even though they are double windows, there was still a little noise at night. It didn't bother us, but it could be a problem if you're a light sleeper. There is space under the bed to store large luggage if you need it. The second floor has a shared sitting area with free coffee, hot and cold water, and a washroom. In the basement there is a shared dining room with a microwave. There is always someone at the reception. There is no elevator, but they offer to help you with your luggage. The room could use a bit more space to hang clothes, and given its size, a small table would be a nice touch.

Location is fantastic, close to Broadway shows and restaurants. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. They even helped carry one of my bags upstairs, No elevator, but not an issue, really. There is a slight rumbling from the subway underground that comes through occasionally.

Perfect for a single overnight with one person. Bare amenities but if you just need somewhere to sleep and a bathroom, it's great. Great location as well.
