The hotel is in a very convenient location. One block away from the center of Times Square/broadway. Very small room, but it’s so clean and comfy and has a mini fridge! Bathroom was pristine. No elevator! We were on the 5th floor, but that was ok. There’s a lounge on the basement level with microwave and coffee table. Very picturesque in the lounge. Highly recommend 🗽

Wasn’t up to my expectations for the price. One of the pillows either had a yellow stain or was makeup. A couple fruit flies flying around. I was in a 5th floor walk up….thats right no elevator, when leaving I had to stay back while an elderly couple had trouble getting down the stairs. The room was okay but the furniture seemed cheap, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The hallways seemed like they needed updating, the carpet old/cheap and a black garbage bag covering what I believe was part of the AC unit. I probably wouldn't stay here again but if saving $50-100 dollars compared to another hotel and you are just spending the night for sleep then it’s okay.

We walk-in our room and once we turned the lights on two roaches went running. That was extremely disappointing. I went to the front desk and he seemed to be confused on what room we were checked into but he literally just walked us up. There was a bug trap under the bed. He stated he’d get someone to spray it but no room switch nothing. We laid in our room with the light on all night and our luggage put up high. For $250. That’s a lot to not feel as if you’re in a clean space for a few hours. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This place is cheap! But clean, staff is pleasant, great location. Tiny room only a backless stool to sit on. comfy bed But there is a quiet room with comfy chairs and tables. Place is very quiet but rumbling from subway every 5 minutes. After awhile kind of liked the sound

Was a little hesitant booking a hotel in NYC for a surprise trip with my wife. Hard to tell in NYC if you’re in a good area, if the hotel is actually nice, etc… this was an awesome spot, in an awesome location for a very fair price. Would absolutely book again.

Great value. Small room but sufficient for someone who doesn’t plan on spending much time in the room. No elevator, so you have to walk up to your floor
-
The rooms are basically beds, but they’re comfortable and it’s quiet which is all you need in NYC. The showers are open so it’s hard not to get the floor wet, but you can’t beat the location and price. Be warned, it’s a walk up, no elevator. I was on the 5th floor this time, it’ll keep you in shape.

Quiet; comfortable bed; good ac; clean; great location; filtered ice water dispenser
-
The room was very small, and there was no elevator, which made carrying luggage difficult. I was dealing with a medical issue and requested a refund, but it was denied. The only things I liked were the convenient location and the availability of a water dispenser.

5 star and I'm from California. Everything was clean and smooth. Super close shopping and time square. Definitely recommended yall and yes will come back if God want me retuning to New York

I am an older female who was a solo traveler to NYC & all I wanted was a place to sleep & shower!! This property SAVED my trip!! (*my other hotel was awful) It was tiny, BUT perfect Very quiet, very safe!! I had the best nights sleep ever Mattress was comfy & big enough for two Shower in the room The ONLY downside ... the shower does NOT have a full shower wall, so water got all over the bathroom floor, but I kept a towel down to help mop up the water & I was on the 4th floor ... NO elevator in the buidling, so I got a lot of cardio in when I came back every night I felt incredibly safe!! Its a locked entry, only able to get in with your key card Basic amenities Towels given, some bath products Water system on the floor Located close to Times Square I absolutely loved my room Would highly recommend Would definitely book again!!

The hotel is small. My rooms were on the second floor.
-
overpriced for what you get, no views, staring out at a brick wall, and very, very tiny. there is room underneath the bed for storage. but it is safe, near times square, and fairly clean. front door is locked and only opens with keycard or if front desk staff unlocks it.

THE GOOD: great location, close to everything it was perfect. Friendly staff, super kind, cheerful and helpful. Room was larger than i expected honestly. Basement lounge with filtered water and a bathroom we could use when we arrived earlier than check in after a red eye flight to freshen up (no shower). THE LESS GOOD: no elevator, we knew that going in but just keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The shower was not awesome, there was no lip so water went all over the bathroom. No door either, just a little piece of glass that served little benefit. Bathroom door was probably a stretch of the word 'door' but if you're close with your travel buddy it will be ok. Quite loud, but it is Times Square so pack some earplugs and enjoy the location. $5 per bag to store luggage after checkout seemed a little much. We already paid to stay, is it that much to ask to just store our bags? All in all i would book it again no issue. It is pretty much just a room, no amenities etc and it worked for our needs.

Okay it's basically a youth hostel, with that in mind I guess it's not bad. You'll have a room that can fit two people and not much else. It'll have one working light bulb and a bathroom with a barely-there door. Some windows open on an air shaft. One outlet. TV, no remote. There's no lobby, there's no breakfast, it's pretty basic. It's a step up from a youth hostel where you sleep in bunk beds, I'll give it that. It's been repainted, and it was clean. The staff try really hard, but it's basically an old tenement that's been turned into as many rooms as they could fit. But hey it's right in the middle of times Square in New York.

Ok ok, restroom door is worst. Overall very average
