I liked the location the most. There were small things that could be improved. The elevator was slow at times. The paper cups in the room instead of glasses were tacky for this level of hotel.

No way to have a tea/coffee In room. But in lobby free tea/coffee was available every morning

The location is amazing and quiet despite being on the times square. Highly recommended for family stays. We had a high floor so it was very quiet and has an amazing views. The shower has only rainfall option on the ceiling and no hand hold shower.

Location The room wasn’t cleaned completely. There was candy left on the floor the day of checkout I waited a half hour for valet to bring me my car. The gentleman was sleeping in the back room

Excellent location, right next to Times Square. The staff was excellent, friendly, and always happy to help. They allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are modern and very clean. These were among the smallest queen-size beds we encountered, and the beds were also quite uncomfortable. The combination of the small size and lack of comfort significantly affected the quality of our sleep. The shower does not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. It has a shower curtain, the water pressure is relatively weak, and it takes quite a while for the hot water to come through, especially in the early morning. In fact, most of the motels we stayed at during our trip had better showers. Overall, regarding the room, we expected much more from a Hyatt Regency. It is also worth noting that there do not seem to be enough elevators for a hotel of this size. In the mornings, we sometimes had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive that actually had enough space for us to ride down.

Great location with an easy walking distance of theaters, restaurants, and shopping. Property itself exceeded expectations. Rooms were fairly spacious by NYC standards, and the decor/amenities felt more elevated than expected for the price. Would definitely stay at this property again.
