Everything was great

Perfectly situated in Times Square. It was close to everything!

Great spacious room for our family of 4. Usually NYC rooms are tiny with no room to put your luggage or items in the bathroom. These rooms were meticulously planned out to maximize space in both the room and bathroom. The hotel was not only newly remodeled but one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Conveniently located in/near Times Square, theatre district and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Paid over $500/night. Was talk to condescension

The location was perfect. It's a clean hotel. You have to add breakfast to your reservation; otherwise, you can't request it. Breakfast isn't a buffet; they give you a few options. The room has a refrigerator. The problem was that they charged me $500, claiming they detected smoke in the room. Nobody smoked in the room. I called for over two weeks to dispute the charge. They answered a month later, saying they would contact me, but nobody did. Be careful!

Rooms were very clean, staff was pleasant, hotel located in the middle of lots of events and activities.

Parking was quite expensive but other than that everything was great.

On-site valet parking was very convenient room was great but the best part was all the staff was glad to help and a pleasure to deal with.

Staff was amazing. The room was spacious. Located across from Junior's bakery and next Krispy Kreme. I would 100% stay here again.

Location Our stay was very bad because the hotel had a bed bug problem. Both of my daughters were severely beaten. Both if they got at least 10-12 red marks on their hands legs and were very itchy and caused significantly discomfort.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Easy access to the theater, and Central Park. We had a lovely view of the Hudson River

The hotel was clean and conveniently located right in Times Square. Our room was ready for us immediately when we arrived and the staff was friendly. Happy Hour was great and the drinks were good!
