Lovely Hotel Breakfast was very basic .

I loved the size of the room and especially the view. Everything was comfortable and looked amazing. I would defitnitley recommend this Hyatt location. The cost for one night was alot and in general. A very nice hotel but at that price point I would expect more and a larger room.

Great location but noisy because its located in the heart of NYC time square. The trade off is worth it because you do not need to travel to see the sights and sounds of NYC

The location is incredible, the staff is nice, beds comfortable, and the sounds and lights were not an issue at all, which we worried about being in times square. There were a lot of dogs at the hotel, almost always a German shepherd at the elevators, they were loud, braking, and scared my little sister. There was also twice when we got on an elevator and it reeked of dog pee.

Clean and spacious. Good room size. We were family of 4 and it was very comfortable for us. It is pretty expensive even though it’s good value for money but New York in general is very expensive

Great location- didn’t hear much noise outside despite it being “in” Times Square area. Very spacious rooms (rare two queen beds!) for NYC. Very kind and helpful staff.

The Hyatt Regency is the only Hotel I check into when I visit New York a I love it there !!! Everything is so close especially all the Broadway Shows I love to attend ..great staff great rooms 10 out of 10!!!!!

Everything! This has been one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in New York. Walking in they welcome you kindly and are very attentive. The entire design is gorgeous. There’s nothing i found, this place is exceptional.

If you’re coming to New York, and you’re going to be attending several theater for other cultural experiences, this is a great central place to stay. The hotel was gorgeous. Rooms were very clean and updated. Staff was very lovely. Highly recommend.
