It used to be a better hotel. My room was not properly cleaned, carpet was dirty, bathroom needs plenty of cleaning

Nice hotel in a good location

Great and friendly staff all around. Received great service. The cleaning service was amazing. It’s my go-to hotel when coming to New York.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms were a good size. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Elevators were fast and they had excellent free coffee. The staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again. They also had a good breakfast and awesome French fries.

Super helpful and accommodating staff! We traveled with a baby and toddler and it was great to have a pack n’ play provided. The location is great, making it very easy to park and get the car/ kids unloaded. The room was spacious, clean and had blackout curtains. It was a great stay and experience.

Fair quality hotel - blinds were stained, bathroom walls were stained, towels were stained, TV did not work. And the room had a very funky smell.

The hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. We were also in an ideal location. Close to transit and lots of great dining options within a very short walk.

Just a great place near time square at a good price. No complaints, strongly recommend going with kids.

Great location near Grand Central

The location was excellent. The suite was set us great for both traveling and my family. We will be back

Marginal food availability. Supposed to be queen sized beds but were double beds.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to switch to another room because or original room had dirty sheets, scratches on the wall, and very dirty windows. Also the elevators are small and run slowly but overall good area!

We were very happy with our stay and we recommended it for everyone.

I was just in and out for a day, but I found the price point was excellent for the space and location. Plus it had an unassuming entrance which I like.
