Loved how clean and nice it was , staff was friendly and amazing , it’s very close to grand central station and few minutes walk from fifth avenue and time square I would like to also thank yocasta for all her amazing work and also Ahmad and the people at the reception All was good

The Renwick was great for my 3-night stay (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights) in terms of its location (right by Grand Central Station and the Chrysler Building), its relatively small, quaint size and feel, and the employees were nice and helpful. I have stayed in many different NYC hotels (usually in the midtown or downtown areas), and I’d happily stay at The Renwick again.

The hotel was very convenient location. Only issue was no coffee maker in rooms.

Top tier staff, really clean and presentable room and great amenities.

Our AC worked great and our bathroom was clean. The ‘Gym’ is really small so we didn’t bother to use it. We didn't try the bar or breakfast but it did look busy every day! WiFi was spotty the first day but then it got better. I would stay here again.

Front desk staff were a little rude. Room was great, good location. I felt safe during my weekend stay. The cleaning staff were great. We called for extra towels and they got it to us quickly. There was a last charge which I don’t understand for what.
