The hotel is beautiful, quiet, clean and very close to everything...especially Grand Central.

It was expensive for what it is. Room was ok. Nothing special.

Didn't use the bar so cant comment but it looked nice on passing.

The style of the place gets you in the door and the comfort of the rooms lets you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. No view is better in the city The waters in the room were not labeled if they were free or at cost, I chose not to take them

Room was entered with cleaning staff even when our DND door tag was on.

The location is great as you are close to grand central station and some great food option.

Very clean and large room. Nice and quiet with comfortable bed and strong water pressure for shower. Pity there was no view.

Overall for the price the room was very dark and small. There are so many options in NYC we will not be back to this property.

Hotel is perfectly located near grand central station and around several places to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful sharing information about how to get a bus to EWR. The room was okay. It is a bit of an older hotel and could use some renovations. The bed was comfortable which is most important to me. The sink in the bathroom however was so tiny, when I washed my face all the water fell to the ground. The tub was very worn but not a huge issue. Lastly, there were a couple of things that could be a little cleaner which would have upgraded my score to a 5/5 but ultimately it was fine and I would consider staying here again!

This property is very close to grand central, nice quiet place to rest after long walk and busy city! Will stay here again!
