Booked at the hotel especially because it had a hot tub but the pool area is closed as they are removing it for a gym, the tv and internet was buffering the whole time. Over all I would not stay here again

This hotel is at a convenient location on University of Delaware campus. Free parking on hotel premises is an underrated amenity. My room was bigger than I expected. It was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I was in Delaware to visit friends and I would rebook this hotel when I plan on visiting Delaware again.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Old worn out furniture. Horrifying lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to things but nothing readily walkable. Only highlight is the water pressure. Old school speakman shower heads. IYKYK

The hotel was clean and staff were nice. However, amenities like the pool were unavailable. Would have been a nice option on such a hit weekend.

The pool is closed for updates, the cleaners did not clean the room well and left no fresh towels. Overall the hotel felt old and has not been well maintained, with buckets in the hallway to catch leaks. I was quite disappointed

Make sure to check your credit card this hotel charges you double and not only did I pay Expedia. The hotel also charged me and they had the nerve to have an attitude because I needed to get it fixed. Shame on you you people need to do better.
