bathroom is incredibly small and horrible. it had mold since there was no functioning air ventilation and the water would just leak out of the shower. the front desk staff was amazing though, but the maintenance guy was extremely rude. would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Room was small but clean. Hotel is directly across the street from U of Delaware and next door to a Chilis which was very convenient.

I didn't like that there was a bathroom right next to my room. The noise from it kept me up until I fell asleep otherwise everything was great

Room was small but clean. Hallways were a bad 70’s movie, shower was warm not hot and pillows sucked. Overall, It was fine for one night stay for the price

We did not have a great 1-night stay. The overall experience was just OK. The walls in the hallways are dirty and marked up. The breakfast was limited at best. The room we had was dirty with hair on the floor, there were stains on one of the blankets and the desk chair. The showerhead leaked and the exhaust fan was very loud, which I did report at checkout. This was our first stay here as new Blue-Hens, and we're not certain we'd bring the flock back, given that there are other choices literally next door to this property as well as all over town/neighboring areas.

A good basic place to stay in Newark, DE. Across the street from the University of Delaware stadium. Lots of parking. Short drive to downtown Newark shops and restaurants.

The computer did not work, and the attendant charged me twice for the same items, finally, the housekeeper was banging on my door 6:00am. However the room was nice

I guess you get what you pay for. I know it’s summer but there shouldn’t be ants in a hotel room. If we were in a cabin in the woods, then okay, I can see why that would happen. The ants were living in the crack between the wall and the floor, I killed so many. They told me they treated the area but then I woke up to ants on and around the bathroom sink. The staff were nice and tried to help but again, I guess this is a good lesson in you get what you pay for. Great convenient location to Univ of Delaware and TGIFridays was conveniently located in walkable distance. Appreciated the waffle maker in the morning.

Great value hotel across from the UD stadium and very close to campus and the highway. Will stay here again!

The T.V. did not work properly. You could literally hear everything in the hallway through the door. It had a weird smell in the hallway.

Stafford friendly rooms clean management is great. Food is good. It’s a 4 1/2 star all day long.
