Homewood Suites by Hilton Newark-Wilmington South Area

The kitchen had a large refrigerator, two burner stove top microwave, and garbage disposal. The upholstered furniture needs cleaning. The tub needs hand rails to get in and out. The breakfast had an excellent variety to choose from.

Breakfast had a nice variety of choices.Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness was good but there were stains and burns in the carpet. Some of the furniture had rips and stains on the upholstry.

The suite was very comfortable, and the breakfast was very good!

I thought that the chairs were very dirty and soiled in the room that I was booked into

This 3 night stay meant that our room was serviced only once. This wasn't too big of a problem, we recieved fresh towels, and the sink area was cleaned nicely. We should have asked for another set of make up remover clothes. The room showed the signs of wear and tear without updating, but the TV was fantastic, so consider that. Breakfast staff was personable and professional. Food variety was excellent.

Upon check in staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was as described, with two spacious bedrooms and a large living area. Kitchen was a nice bonus although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Property is in close proximity to the university. Took us a few minutes by car. Happy to return again!

Breakfast was good and staff extremely helpful when I had needs.

Excellent hotel , great price which includes breakfast everyday and complimentary dinner every Wednesday. Pool and gym within house laundromat .

The staff was nice, but the bathroom needs re-caulking.

Convenient location

Pool. B Room old and outdated. Toilet did not work well or the shower.

Good news was the breakfast and location near our destination. Large fridge and freezer is good. The room was generally clean but the kitchen floor was a little sticky, the toilet seat moved, and the couch in the TV Room was either broken or underneath the cushions or frame on the one side was lower than the other side. They could of gave us a few extra towels as we were there for 2.5 days and no cleaning done to the room. Overall I would rate it a "B"

I would recommend this place to stay if asked.

The rooms were spacious.

My stay here was decent for the most part. Our suite had way more than I expected. There were a few minor things that I ran into but nothing major. The breakfast was really good and when the food ran low there was always someone there refilling it. The front desk workers were really nice and attentive.
