The staff was great but the property was run down. We had bugs in our room and no hair dryer.

Nothing really. I didn’t like how dirty the place was. The hall ways had a strange smell that wasn’t pleasant and the fire alarm start going off early in the morning I assume because the batteries where dying.

Flooded floor, so much water damage, Jacuzzi didn’t have a plug or even work, the staff in the evening was rude and very unprofessional , the morning staff was a lot more friendly, but terrible experience

The property looked shabby and ill-maintained. The room was excellent and was perfect. Great staff too. It sits right on the Interstate, which is a bit odd but great because saves a lot of travel time. A gas station is being constructed right next to the property. So, had to wake up to the noise pretty early in the morning. But, that's not a fault of the property.

Property is located in a great area. Hotel is dated but clean. The staff are kind and helpful.

The complex was dimly lit and it the front desk was not helpful in helping to navigate where the apartment room was. The signs are very small. The hallways are pretty dirty. My neighbor next door had his dog barking all night. The people in the morning were nice but the guy at night was not helpful.

Breakfast was non-existant. They gave you a muffin and rationed that to a single muffin. Kind of felt misled by their advertising breakfast. Breakfast offerings, courteousness of staff.
