Omg this place!!!! Everything I needed and wanted, I visit plenty of hotels and this one I didn’t want to leave. I am definitely coming back just because…💕💕🚨

Convenient location, clean, large room with plenty of space. Friendly reception staff. Reasonable breakfast selection including omelet station. Room is dated with very soft beds. Bathroom was clean but dated with cracks in wall. We had a problem on one night as the adjacent room seemed to have a number of teenagers sleeping in the room. My feeling was the parents were in one room and the teenagers were allowed to share a separate room. There were groups of children running past our room, banging on the door/window of the room next door, this started at 7pm and went on til midnight. The door on the room next door was left open with the security nib "out" so that people could come and go without a card. The door banged loudly every time someone entered or exited. Intermittently through the evening someone was bouncing a ball off the adjoining wall between the apartments. I went out at one point and asked them to keep the noise down but that had no effect. I then went to the reception area to complain about the noise and ask if they could speak to the parents. I saw the receptionist approach a group of adults who were sitting in the foyer but this had no effect on the teenagers and I did not see any parents/staff intervening.

Loved this place! The view inside was beautiful especially with the water feature. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of options. The suites were spacious too. Definitely will stay here again!

Viewing selection on TV terrible, not all people are able to use streaming apps Lots of selection of food at breakfast ie: French toast was hard…scrambled eggs were cold

My room was falling apart and the pool was filthy, and I had to ask for my clean linens.

I was very happy that they put me right near the elevators as I requested!

Room was very dirty and had a terrible odor, smelled like a bug bomb had been used, like moth balls. When I complained to the front desk there was no solution given. Due to the strong smell my group of 4 had headaches and sore throats the next morning. We had been traveling for 7hrs and had already paid for the room. We were stuck. Also, very large spider webs were all over the ceilings. Very uncomfortable. There was an extremely large family reunion that had checked in. They were extremely loud and preoccupied the pool area the whole time. When I did go to use the pool and the hot tub. It was extremely dirty. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing Room was not clean and the staff at reception was super unfriendly. This hotel is not 4 stars.
