My trip was very good. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels I have stayed in. One of the best hotels. I would definitely staff again and again.

The receptionist were very polite, helpful and reasonable with their services to me and my family. We phoned in as we were going to show-up after midnight check-in cut off point for the day. We were expected at 1am but turned up around 2pm. Yet, we were checked in after a mature conversation with the lady at the reception. Although they had closed their books for the night, she managed to sort something out for us. We had been delayed by the flight and road situation from Washington to Delaware The time allocation for using the jacuzzi and swimming pool area could be readjusted to midnight.

Was amazing stay. Room so comfortable and the omelette made in the morning was amazing. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good.. The room was dated and the bathroom was not clean very well.the fridge was not clean out. The bathroom door was very dirty and shower was not clean as well. Wall paper pealing and shower is wall ripped up.

Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was great wide variety of choices. Light snacks in the evening and drink coupon was very thoughtful as well. Elevators run a little slow but all and all 10 out of 10

The first morning I woke up with 2 bumps along my hairline. I brushed it off as mosquito bites. The next bite was on my foot. So I stripped the bed figuring that would solve the problem. I finally had to move to another room. At 1:30am, I woke up to bites on my arm and found the bedbug. I flushed it down the toilet. Then went to reception let her know that I had bedbugs. Her response was let me see if I have a room available. After checking, I was given another room. She said maintenance would be notified. No apology for my inconvenience.

The property was very clean. However, I was disappointed that the hot tube was not working.
