Good spot for a night or 2 stay

At least breakfast need to be free and parking that is alot of money soending

It was decent stay. Couldn't really enjoy the place because our flight kept getting delayed and we just needed a comforting place to sleep. FYI DONT USE UNITED!!

Breakfast was not included but there was a breakfast bar to purchase breakfast items until 12.30pm at a reasonable price. Location was great for our itinerary as we were in and out of the city and New Jersey. Parking was available and easily accessible. Would return overall great stay. Hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. My family and I arrived at 1:00 AM with a confirmed reservation email, only to be told that our reservation had been canceled because my credit card was allegedly declined. No one contacted me beforehand. When I asked the front desk agent for help finding another hotel, he was rude, showed no concern, and refused to assist. Being stranded in the middle of the night with my wife and children was completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing customer service.

It was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The only bad thing was construction outside started at 6:30 am and continued until we checked out.

Love the airport shuttle. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious. Price was reasonable. No complaints. Glad to be there after a day of flight delays and finally it being canceled. Fine place to land!

Very convenient, close to the airport, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and reasonable price.

We booked this as a rush when our flight was cancelled. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, we had food and drinks in the Bar and it was good. Shuttle to the airport was quick. No complaints. Great experience.

Hice una reservación a la 1am, cuando llegue no me quisieron dar habitación sino hasta el check in 3 o 4pm porque estaban sold out.. pedi que porfavor me devolvieran el dinero para buscar otro hotel y no quisieron. Escribi a expedia y en teoria ellos estuvieron llamando al hotel para tramitar el reembolso y el hotel no quiso contestar. Se agarraron que la tarifa no era reembolsable pero expedia me dijo que me iba a solucionar si el hotel contestaba y accedia, y el hotel no quiso contestar. Incluso no me resolvió yo estando allí. Se quedaron con el dinero de mi reserva porque no lo pude usar. El chico de la recepción fue poco accesible, solo diciendo que estaba lleno y que no podia ayudarme y tampoco reembolsarme.

I got the hotel for the airport shuttle. I was the last person to get picked up and then missed the shuttle going back to the airport when I was told that the shuttle would wait for me. Also, no complimentary coffee or breakfast.

Looks nicer in the pictures. Not bad but not great.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, they could use a little more love, as some updates and small touches would make them feel warmer and more modern. Overall, it’s a good hotel with excellent customer service, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was conveniently located, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and inviting.

Don't get a room next to the back door stairs, too much noise of people slamming the back door .
