Convenient to and from airport

This was a very nice hotel. It was close to the airport and they provided a shuttle to the airport. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing Can’t leave without a car/uber. Two lane BUSY highway on one side and a prison on the other side. It should NOT have been built this way with no walking access or access to a bus stop! Also, since they know you can leave for a meal they gouge you for snacks. Over $17 for ONE small yogurt parfait and ONE muffin. Ridiculous!!!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were noticeably friendlier and more courteous than the front desk staff, and their kindness was greatly appreciated. Everything was very clean. However, our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and late at night we could clearly hear the other guests talking, as well as their television, which made it difficult to rest. Upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly. I believe a warmer and more courteous attitude when greeting guests would create a much better first impression.

No indoor pool as advertised by Hotels.com. It’s a 2 star hotel. Very old smelling. Need to remove that hallway smelly carpet.

The staff and the airport Shuttle was the only positive experience the room was it was OK, but I but I had to go over it with Clorox wipes that did not look good after I went over everything I touched.

At property only one person taking food and beverage orders and serving seated customers so you know I was standing there forever. In the morning there was only cold water. Called downstairs. Their reply “did you turn it in the other direction?” It is a shower! Not orcjet science. Then she told me she would call somebody. I kept waiting then called back. Oh, boiler is broken and they are working on it. She did not even bother to call back to let me know not to wait. Insane.
