Hampton Inn Newark Airport

Just OK

The Black female front desk clerk was one of the nicest front desk clerk I've met at a hotel. She went above and beyond her way to accommodate us with early luggage drop-off to possible early check-in to events going on for the fourth of July. I'm glad we stayed at this hotel. It turned out to be a good choice.

Very disappointed with Hampton Inn support. This booking was made accidentally (wrong city) during a very stressful time when all flights had been grounded at Newark and our plane was turned around to Cleveland. We tried to cancel within 30mins, and while hotels.com was helpful, Hampton Inn was not supportive of a cancellation (within 30mins of booking). Terrible experience will not stay with Hilton brand again. Please rectify by refunding this booking.

Only stayed one night. Early check in at an additional charge was ok. The buffet style breakfast was nice and the shuttle to and from EWR were very convenient

The hotel is clean and modern. Deposit is 100 USD per night. It was okay.

I was overcharged for my stay at the hotel. PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS SITUATION RIGHT!!! I am a One Key member as well as a Hilton Honor Gold that made and paid on Feb 25 for 1 Room 1 day (June 27-28) $426 (room + insurance). Once at the hotel, I found out (saw the reservation details of other guests) that people bought the same bedroom at Expedia 3-4 weeks ago (same room same dates) for $225!!! $200 cheaper than what I paid!!! These people were not traveling in a large group but there were 3 couples that each made their reservations independently of each other

Air conditioning was excellent during the extreme heat wave. I could easily adjust the room temperature. The breakfast buffet provided a generous choice of healthy nutritious delicious foods and drinks. The complimentary shuttle bus service to the Newark Liberty Aurport was frequent and the drivers were very helpful giving clear directions to the guests.

The washroom has bath tub. But the tub was very shallow. The bath tub water supply did not run to the shower head nor to the shower and. Room 401z

Me gusto la limpieza de sus instalaciones, la recepcion muy buena aunque fue agradable entendernos con el poco ingles mio con la sen̈ora de recepcion y lo tomo muy bien..Recomendable

This is a convienent and reasonable hotel for the price. It is priced at a level and offers what you should expect for that price. If you want more you will need to pay more: there really isn’t any bargains out there: I am happy for what I paid and what the hotel offered.

Fast front desk service. Clean rooms!

Our shuttle driver Raphael was outstanding and went out of his way to help us. He was a pleasure to interact with.

Staff was very accommodating.

Nice clean place, conveniently located from the airport with the shuttle either way. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Which makes it a place that I would return to in the future!
