Holiday Inn Express Newark Airport Elizabeth by IHG

We only stayed overnight as our flight landed very late. The shuttle picked us up right from the airport no problems. The staff was very friendly. There seemed to be ample parking although we didn’t use it. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but very good. The front desk was helpful with information such as Uber. The room was clean no odors we were in a non-smoking room. Would recommend this hotel for someone with a long layover or an overnight stay

The air conditioner make a lot of noise. The remote control of the TV don’t work well.

The particular night I was there, a disturbed person was loud and yelling from the parking lot a couple times (so maybe bring earplugs), but that wasn't the hotel's fault. That person eventually went away.

Perfectly adequate budget option near times square. I feel that we got what we paid for.

Our room was ready early as we had just debarked from a cruise. We were so thankful and immediately took a nap.

The shuttle did not come for an hour … there were no clear directions about how to find the shuttle … you have to take the air train to a certain place and the. Wait … but this info was not in any of the booking info !!’ It was so confusing

The location near the airport. The place is very dingy. The entrance looks like a cave, the reception room tiny and dingy. I really would not stay at this place again if unless the convenient location were a factor. The desk staff were very nice.

Right next to the airport, very convenient for our early morning flight. Air conditioning worked fabulously and the room was large and pretty much clean. Bathroom had blood on the ceiling, which often indicates drug use. The carpet tiles were coming off halfway through the room. Just some rough aspects about the room.

Airport shuttle is nice. Also, the breakfast was a plus. Rooms fairly quiet for being close to airport.
