The room

Perfect location for a late night arrival and check-in (2 am!). The breakfast was really good.

A welcome place to land after a cancelled flight. Spacious, quiet, rooms (just a little dated) with decent beds. A short walk away is the Hilton Hotel with a full dinner menu and nice lounge with good pizza. Breakfast buffet is not gourmet, but substantial with lots of choices. We are grateful we found a room here when other places were full!

Rooms are clean but have the outdated smell. They do have breakfast every morning which is pretty good. The shuttle had some issues with timing but overall everything was good

If I had to I would stay at this hotel again but it would not be a first choice. Foremost I would like to stay that the staff all majority was very kind and helpful, but the amenities and experience were a bit lacking. One the air in the room I noticed as soon as I checked in was really humid and I don't know if it was an issue with insulation or what but there was just too much of the outdoors indoors if that makes any sense. And one day the breakfast was available apparently because they were out of water and they couldn't have the food heated and so either they didn't have the breakfast or they close it early but when I went down it was just some of the dry food available and they probably should have put up a sign and let people know that there wouldn't be breakfast available, and the day before also I was trying to get water and all the vending machines are out of water and there was no alternative until the next day and I don't think the vending person even came until the afternoon which by that point I was checking out. Lastly, there's a charge for parking, which probably is advertised somewhere, but that always strikes me as strange to charge hotel guests for parking.

I would return, due to the staff being amazing.

Shuttle to the airport was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.

Booked this for the ads that they are proud of their breakfast. Turns out the kitchen had no power so breakfast was cold bread and no eggs or sausage. No apologies nor warning nor attempt to make it right. Poor management. Will not recommend this to anyone,

Great value

Our room #333 the toilet need fixing kept leaking , and the rug in our room has a smell once you have check in and gone straight to the room.

Everything perfect

Breakfast wasn’t good , the max wash clothes you can get is 3 . Which is crazy if you have a family of 5 . But room was clean , housekeeper was very pleasant . Overall I had a good experience. And I love the free parking .

I will stay at this Hotel in my next visit!

Very very clean!!!!!

Stayed one night. Came in on a redeye. Took shuttle to hotel and left luggage with front desk. Free breakfast was fine. Shuttle leaves from hotel every 30 minutes. Please note that the shuttle picks up at the airport at P3 station. It’s supposed to go to zone 3, but often pulled into zone 1, so you have to pay attention to the shuttles. Also, there are 2 Holiday Inns, one in Newark and one in Elizabeth (this one).

This is at best an average hotel. Staff is not very pleasant and room needs some attention. You can’t beat the location and shuttle service
