The staff was nice Everything in my room is broken. The blinds are broken. The phone didn’t work. A lot of the plugs didn’t work. There was a hole in the bathroom wall after I took a shower. It started falling apart. The carpet was all messed up and I cut my foot open on it because they’re a little pokey thing sticking out of it. There was no coffee pot in the room as advertised and the refrigerator was broken and in the closet there are a bunch of broken hangers hanging there just broken and the sink in the bathroom was clogged up. I couldn’t use it and the toilet wouldn’t flush, right?

Breakfast was fine.

This hotel was exactly what I expected: Comfortable, simple, clean, great location and free airport shuttle, and nice staff. I got a key to an occupied room and had to go back down to the desk to get a new.one. it could have been very awkward if the occupants had been awake.

I have to say… there are a lot of hotels that could take a leaf out of this hotel’s book! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I genuinely felt more welcome here than I did at the five-star hotel I stayed at in New York! I had requested a very early check-in — accommodated, no problem at all. The airport shuttle service was super efficient, and it’s the little touches that make such a difference too — like the 24-hour coffee station and amenities readily available whenever you need them. But the standout for me was the staff. They didn’t have to go out of their way to be as accommodating as they were, but they did — and I was genuinely taken aback by their kindness and willingness to help. It was so appreciated. A BIG thank you to the whole team for making me feel so welcome. This is what great hospitality looks like. And an added bonus… a microwave in the room!

The shuttle to the airport was not able to take us to the airport terminal. He could only take us to the train station at 4 am. This was not a safe option

Very close to Newark airport. Great shuttle service - Pick up spot in the airport was easy to find, and the shuttle from the hotel leaves every 30 minutes. Staff were super kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Great value for money for staying around the airport. A little far from restaurants in the area, but the staff offers assistance with ordering a delivery.

It was the closest hotel to the airport that was under $500 The fridge in my room didn’t work and the ice machine on my floor was out of order. I bought a cup of noodles in the vending machine downstairs and had to fill it with hot water from my coffee machine as there wasn’t a kettle in the room

Loved that it had breakfast. It was very clean. Only dislike was how loud it is. But that’s because of the main road it’s off of. Nothing to do with the hotel itself. Staff were very nice and attentive.

The front desk staff were excellent. We had an issue with the name on our Booking.com reservation, and they were very patient and helpful in getting everything sorted out. We received a spacious room with two large beds, and the breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The location is also very convenient if you want to visit Manhattan while paying less for accommodation. You can either take the hotel shuttle to Newark Airport and then take the train to New York Penn Station, or walk about 20 minutes to North Elizabeth Station and take the train from there. The train from the airport was about $17 each way, while from North Elizabeth it was around $8.50 each way. We were a little disappointed that the TV didn’t have Netflix or other streaming options, but if you don’t spend much time in the room, it’s not really a big issue. Another downside is that parking costs $20 per night, which was a bit disappointing. Since there aren’t many convenient alternatives nearby, you’re basically left with paying for parking or using Uber.

That it was comfortable The gym smelled putrid. I went to go into the gym and the stench was so horrendous that I gagged and immediatelyeft after only opening the door.
