Holiday Inn Express Newark Airport Elizabeth by IHG

I was of a great experience. The parking here is a little awkward, but other than that everything about it was pretty well.

I had my 3 month old baby and called the hotel to please have the shuttle pick me up at the airport since it was already 1am and I was never told about the pickup and drop off at the train station. I was not given any accommodation and eventually had to spend additional $30 booking a ride to get my car. I will not be booking with this hotel Anymore or use their parking.

The staff was friendly and had no problem with our really late check-in. The rooms smelled like a wet dog, and the air conditioner was very noisy and didn't really cool the room. The whole facility was run down.

The location was great, near the airport perfect for an overnight stay if you have a long layover and early connecting flight. Breakfast was bery satisfying… will stay here again. None.

It is out of date and falling apart. IHG should definitely not allow a property to get this rundown. Definitely it up to standard with the brand.

It was nice !!! I like the breakfast that was offered to the guest, but they need to work on their scrambled eggs. I enjoyed the mini omelets better. I felt safe. I enjoyed the gym. I would definitely stay again.
