Loved our stay!! Very accommodating staff!

Was great for a short stay over and great access

It was a clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were good and a few were stand outs for being friendly and helpful. Driving to the location was slightly difficult because of the layout of streets, and I would definitely stay there again.

1. Check-in process was extremely slow. There were three staff at front desk, only one serving guests while the other two stood idle, resulting in a long waiting queue. ​ 2. I booked a King bed room, but was given a twin room without any prior notice or reasonable explanation. ​ 3. The hotel facilities are very outdated, many items and equipment inside the room are broken and malfunctioning. Poor service and shabby facilities, won’t recommend to anyone.

After an overnight flight, I arrived exhausted only to find that my reservation had been canceled without any notice. This was especially frustrating because I had called the hotel twice beforehand to let them know I would be arriving the following morning, and both representatives assured me everything was noted. To make matters worse, the airport shuttle never came. I waited for over an hour before having to find another way to get to the hotel. When I finally arrived, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She appeared overwhelmed working alone during the busy holiday and World Cup weekend, spoke to guests disrespectfully, and was dressed in a way that did not reflect a professional front desk environment. I understand that hotels can be busy during major events, but communication, courtesy, and basic customer service should not suffer. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from the moment I landed.

It seemed as if the sheets hadn't been changed.

It is an older hotel that could use some updating but it is clean, the staff is amazing and not too far of a drive to the city.

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

Overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property is lacking. Paint pealing off of walls, rooms smelled musty and beds were awful. This place is right up there with the motel six.
