Crowne Plaza Newark Airport by IHG

Made me PAY again for the stay inspite of showing Hotels.com Receipt and Booking confirmation.

Exceptional

.

The lobby looks okay, but once you step inside, it feels like something out of a horror movie. The place smells bad, it’s dirty, there’s fungus everywhere, and even the floor looks like it’s sinking. Definitely not what I expected.

Very nice!

Alba, who helped with breakfast, was absolutely lovely. Her warm smile, kindness and helpfulness made our mornings brighter and made us feel very welcome. We also want to recognize Johnny and Lesly, our shuttle drivers. Both were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. These four employees truly stood out to us, and we hope their management knows how much their kindness and excellent service are appreciated. People like Carlos, Alba, Johnny and Lesly are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We would definitely be happy to come back!

As a stop overnight hotel it is very very good rooms we're great lovely clean bar serving excellent and the food was decent All good

shuttle driver was amazing. room was clean and provided a crib for us

Great location, just 4 minutes away from the airport. They offer an airport shuttle that runs 24hrs every 30 minutes, so that’s very convenient. The rooms are clean and meet all the needs.

Amenities... makeup mirror didn't work, no hair dryer Room was clean. People very nice.

Staff not responded through call for an airport pickup, except this I am satisfied with all the services and amenities!

If you use Expedia verses booking directly with service provider you will not get any credit with their programs. I find booking through Expedia is more convenient and you can insure your stay stay against unknowns.

Long wait to check in but staff was very pleasant. Good bar service and hotel shuttle. Was in a room behind the elevator and it was very loud and distracting.

100/100

Good

Clean room.

We don’t know what was the loud noise was all night, but it made it hard to sleep. It was a loud clanging noise. The bed is firm; the room was very clean.

Convenient if you have flight from Newark Airport. Clean room .
