Great spot & conveniently located in front of the airport along with the shuttle service to & from airport. Everyone was really nice!

2nd stay here for a concert. Conveniently located and hotel is good for the price.

The restaurant has been closed "indefinitely", per the staff. That means if you are hungry you need to hike up the highway to the Hilton.

Efficient and friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable beds! The restaurant was out of service so they had a delivery food service that offered Chinese, Pizza, salad, sandwiches and soups. Didn't try it.

Staff was crying but buying drinks. They were very hot.

This hotel needs major renovations. The restaurant is closed. There is no food options within walking distance. They have a gas fire place in the lobby on in the middle of summer, make the entire lobby a very uncomfortable temperature. The MLounge was poorly stocked with a bowl of fruit that appeared to have been there for a few days and not fresh. There were only 2 options of chips with a few soda choices. There is a level of expectation with a Renaissance Inn. This location does not come close to meeting that expectation.

I loved the fact that we were so close to the airport. The room was super comfy. Next time I am in town, I would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional

The breakfast was very poor. They limited us to one pastry, fruit and juice, but there were limitations too. We couldn't get the juice we wanted. The price with breakfast is much more expensive and not worth it at all with this choice.

Manager and stuff are very nice and helpful.
