Motel 6 Elizabeth, NJ - Newark Liberty Intl Airport

The parking for the hotel was used as airport parking it was a mess .. air didn’t work , big crack at the door .. it was bad don’t go here let them tgrivevwith their parking .. worst hotel ever …

Every traveler needs to experience this hotel. Once. Absolutely worked over like 10 miles of bad road. Spartan, cracked, chipped, minimalist. The sound of the struggling A/C unit was able to drown out the pulsating music from the club in a greenhouse that shares a border with the property. Sheets moist. May have been towels. Cheap. Slept there one night for an early flight. Free airport shuttle was clutch. Makes me realize how nice our local Motel 6 is. Glad I didn’t have a black light.

Air conditioning horrible roaches walking around room no tv in any room they switched me to people hanging around yard all nite

under bed was filthy with dead bugs and garbage. thankfully there were no live bugs!

Looked nothing like the photo. Could not stay another night as scheduled.

To begin with, the staff was very unclear about a hotel shuttle pick up, and the van was not labeled so as a single woman, I was hesitant to get into a strange van. Then when I got to the property, I was immediately discouraged because the entire place was dirty and smelled terrible. Then I got to my room. Two lamps were not working, the toilet was running, and the sink faucet was coming apart. But to add insult in injury, which nearly put me over the top, was the fact that the pillowcases were dirty, and I flipped open the bedsheet, and I found hair in the bed. I was desperately trying to find anywhere else to stay, but Newark was totally sold out. So I ended up sleeping in my clothes and using my jacket as a pillow. I could not have been more upset!

Filthy place I paid for two days and left early and paid for another room elsewhere . Manager went out of his way to be rude and difficult

Au sujet de notre nuit, nous avions une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Les couvertures des lits étaient trouées. On pouvait sentir l'odeur de la cigarette venant de la chambre d'a côté. Vers 05h30, les occupants d'a côté ont joué de la musique fortement pendant plus de 30min. Personnellement, nous n'irons plus jamais à cet endroit et nous ne le recommandons à personne.

Just make sure you don’t need to take their shuttle or else the driver will complain

The room was disgusting. And it smelled like mold/mildew. There was a ceiling tile missing. The front desk staff was not helpful and all and I tried to cancel the room. I’m still waiting to get a full refund

They have no cable, you’re basically watching local tv. My A/c unit had a big hole in it. The layout in the bathroom is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Their pillows are a half size only a child can sleep on.

They will cancel your confirmation when you will reach there without notifying you don’t recommend to anyone . However, Expedia did an excellent job in providing us another hotel .

Air conditioner ran perfectly. Phone had no dial-tone. A free shuttle but questionable pedestrian walkways makes for precarious trips to convenience stores. Despite the location, very quiet!!

I felt very unsafe staying overnight by myself.

Ak llegar al hotel tuve que esperar 15 minutos por el empleado, luego de la espera y de mala actitud me informa que habian cancelado la reserva, esto sin orevio aviso. Fue una mala expeiencia, personal sin empatia y sin ofrecer alternativas. Lamentablemente, ustedes como agencia tampoco me informaron la situacion. Esoero que ne hagan la devolucion lo mas pronto posible del deposito.

Shower didn’t work right. Tv dimming in and out

It looks good on the website, but the reality is so much different. The hotel environment itself is so fishy. Smells stinky; the room ceiling is leaking, there are stains on the floor, the bed covers have stains, and the bathroom is yuck.

It's a great place if you want to go and enjoy yourself if you know what I mean it's clean the staff is nice no problems at all.
