I had no way of knowing there were 2 shuttle pick up locations at EWR provided by the hotel until I got to the hotel. The reason I selected this hotel was the location and the shuttle service availability since I needed only an 8 hour rest. I ended up using a taxi, and found out I should have caked the hotel for the terminal A location. They never replied to my message regarding the shuttle pick up location I sent 24 hours prior to my arrival, and their recorded message didn't have that info either.

Got the impression that breakfast was included in my booking but when I got to the hotel it wasn't.

If the front desk agent just asked how my stay was I would of give 10 stars and not cared about anything else. Have a nice day seems like the most important part of the stay missed by the agent.

Afternoon flight cancelled out of Newark. Found this hotel, less than .5 miles from airport. Shuttle service excellent. Restaurant and bar on property was very good.

Love the hotel, staff and restaurants but the room needs some attention and an update. No working fridge and one of the dresser drawers were broken. Otherwise I enjoyed it and would stay there again.
