Everhome Suites Portsmouth - Newington by Choice Hotels

Everhome was perfect for our vacation! It was very clean very accessible and the staff were all super friendly!

We were very happy with our stay. Liked the amenities and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that our shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. We asked for it to be replaced and they immediately complied. I would still return to the hotel. It was especially nice to stay there with our dogs.

All was very good.

Very clean was great for one night, we were going to a wedding in Portsmouth.

The hotel was really clean & it smelled sooo good. The room was clean and pretty big. We loved the grill downstairs and the grilling tools they provided. Would definitely book there again. The staff was so nice I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We felt that our room was not cleaned properly. The floor was gritty and it appeared that the linens were not changed from the previous guest. That was gross. We will not return

I'm impressed for the entire interior of the hotel. They are pretty new and clean. It's safe area and easily parking. I'm very happy to stay here. Recommend it!

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was exceptionally clean. I did notice a few stains on the white towels and bed sheets, which appeared to be makeup residue rather than an issue with cleanliness. One small inconvenience was that, although the room had a sink, no dish soap or sponge was provided (front desk did provide once asked). Additionally, the shampoo was only available in small bottles. The only significant issue during our stay was check-in. We had to wait a little over an hour for our room because the housekeeping department was operating with only two staff members due to call-outs. Despite the delay, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally. They were genuinely apologetic, kept us informed, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. I also want to recognize the housekeeping staff who were working that day. Despite being short-staffed, they did an outstanding job preparing the room. It was spotless and looked immaculate when we finally checked in. Their hard work and dedication were evident, and they deserve recognition for maintaining such high standards under challenging circumstances.

After a nine hour drive we reach the hotel. Walked in and was told by desk attendant that he noticed me on a cane and wanted me to know there were no first floor rooms available and the elevator was broken. I know things happen but it would have been nice to be contacted so I could have attempted to find a room elsewhere. Unfortunately neither myself or travel companion can currently do stairs let alone carry luggage. No help in finding another hotel

Not great this time....elevator didn't work, room smelled like fish and curry, ice maker didn't work....still haven't received my rewards points...left something in my room last time and it never was turned in.... front desk staff are helpful and courteous and the hotel is clean and modern but obviously working kinks out still

Excellent location. Ample parking. Room was clean. Hallway spaces could have been kept up better, but the value is fantastic for the space and amenities.

Our bed was pretty dirty when we first got our room, but the staff and managerial support was right on it and they were wonderful. I would stay here maybe again, but I definitely think there are better hotels around that we would stay at next time before deciding to come back to everhome suites

En raison d’une panne d’ascenseur, puisque ma conjointe est PMR, nous avons été gracieusement relocalisés au RDC dans une suite plus vaste, et ce, sans frais supplémentaires. Merci à l’équipe.

Bâtiment neuf Seul hic les lits et les oreillers ne sont pas super

The added kitchen and little sitting area was perfect for our family of 5 with two rooms. The kids were able to come visit but then go to their own room to sleep. The mall across the street is closed but there is other dining and shopping areas very close by.

Room was immaculate and comfortable. The Bad Elevator was broken and has been for multiple days according to other guest. Internet did not function with directions that were given to log on. Staff NEVER answered the phone to correct internet problem. Day or Night Room was on 3rd floor and lugging suitcases for 2 senior citizens was horrible. PS Coming Down Stairs was no picnic either.

I really like New Hampshire _Portsmouth. Very beautiful place. The restaurants are expensive. The Hotel is nice and comfortable. But the cost of living is very expensive in Portsmouth.

This was our second stay at Everhome. We love how clean it is. Staff is super friendly. Comfortable beds and spacious suites. Will be returning agin very soon.
