The beds were so uncomfortable, barely had a boxspring. Pillows were a joke. Windows were screwed and lodged with a stick so the most you could open it was maybe 2 inches. We could hear people partying and dancing outside till past 11 pm. Playing loud Mexican music dancing and screaming. Found out that this place is also rented to tenants. 5:00 am in the morning they are outside our window having coffee and chatting up a storm. Mentioned this concern to the front desk and basically told that there was not too much that they could do. WARNING!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. Rated this place a 2 because of the bathroom Should have been warned about people hanging out in the hallways outside your door.

The properly is close to many restaurants and shops. Location wise the property is great. We stayed for two nights our room wasn’t very clean. The toilet seat was dirty when we checked in as well as the couch in the living area. There was also a weird smell in our room which wasn’t good. We would most likely not return after our non so great experience at this property.

I got there a little early to check in and the gentleman at the front desk apologized that he didn’t have a room for me. I understood as it was before check in time. He was very kind. The problem was there were only 2 housekeepers and they were 100% full the night before. Many people came in to check in and he had no rooms to give them. At about 5ish he had a room for me. I asked if the manager knew the problem and he said he called her. He said he did and she didn’t know what to tell him! ONE OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MANAGER IS TO COME IN AND ROLL UP HER SLEEVES AND HELP HOUSEKEEPING PROCESS THESE ROOMS SO CUSTOMERS CAN CHECK IN. Did she do that? No so people were waiting 2-3 hours after check in time to get a room. Manager- unacceptable!

Really nice, new and clean facility. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again.

The check in desk was not staffed for 3pm check-in. Travel-weary guests were waiting for employee to arrive to work & check in. There was a sign offering to ring bell for service, which was not responded to in a timely fashion. The response came from a visibly irritated back office employee. When the front desk person clocked in, 2 out of 3 arriving guests were told their rooms were not ready. We were promised a call when the room was ready, but had to call ourselves (45 minutes later) to find out our room was ready. It seemed very unorganized.

However......Then came the shower I went to take a shower the morning of our stay. There was handle to control the water to the shower. The handle to the water control was on the side of the shower, placed where the soap was supposed to be. I got dressed. I go downstairs to the lobby, with the handle in hand. I let the front desk know about the situation. The head of maintenance was there, and he said management was not supposed to book that room as he had not had to time to fix the handle yet. The front desk person was polite and gave us a key to another room that we were able to shower within. (Back to dorm living. Shower in a room down the hall from where I sleep.) Few questions for for the management of Everhome Suites in Portsmouth Why was the room not blocked off within this system until maintenance repaired the broken shower? If the room was not supposed to be booked....then.....Were the sheets washed? Was the room properly prepped for guests? The staff of Everhome suites were extremely friendly and helpful. Management of Everhome suites seem to be disorganized at best. We will be taking this hotel chain off of our future stay list.........

Hair on bed. Hair on towels. Trash from previous guests. When I complained the manager they called refused to speak with me. The regional staying on property, refused to come out and talk to me. Email back from the manage says they will review things.

Nice size room,fridge, stove. Nothing fancy, but good. Plenty of shampoo, soap. Room was hot when entered, but AC worked well. Nice TV, cable was good. Outdoor space which is nice. Staff was nice, quick check in. Have parking. One down side was no body lotion, in sun all day would be nice to have.

This was a great place if you have pets.. No carpet in the rooms.. A lot of people were there with pets.. Very helpful and the rooms were excellent .. Highly recommend ..

The room was great, clean, as advertised. Parking was easy. Very close drive to Portsmouth and Kittery, and there’s a plethora of retail stores, fast food/quick service restaurants, and grocery stores even closer. The best part? The front desk staff. Superb!
