Easy access from I 95 quiet area clean

The room was full of dog hair on couch and all chairish materials and remained the same. It was a unpleasant night with my family.

I booked a room with a balcony and wasn't given a room w/o that option. For some reason I was downgraded, however, I already paid for my room. I should have been given what I paid for at the hotel. Also, I had issue with the TV, the staff said they would send someone and never did. Also, I asked for extra bath towels. Again, the staff said they would send some up and they never arrived. There were also plenty of pizza boxes and other food boxes littering the hallways, gross! It was a complete disappointment! I've stayed at this property a few times before, something has changed and not in a good way. Again, not a recommendation I could make based on this trip!

Ok for a stopover after a long drive but definitely needs some TLC. Venting in the elevator loose and falling off and just little things like that make it feel dated. My kids loved the pool after a long drive.

Pleasant staff. We stayed 2 nights but no housekeeping came in to clean room. No, I didn't complain because I was away until late. They had weird bar soap that fell apart when used but the shower had very nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in dispensers on the wall.

Everything was awesome. Until we were yelled at not to have dogs by the pool area last minute. When there are no signs that say dogs aren’t allowed by the pool area. Considering there was no one in it. Beside me and my spouse. Then knowing it’s a dog friendly place attitude was given when they could have knocked on the glass and pulled me aside to speak. Instead of being yelled at to control a dog that was laying pool side for hrs no problem. If he had managed his tone my dog wouldn’t have been worked up. Again suppose to be dog friendly place not hostile environment.
