Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it

Room was smaller than expected and bathroom smelled like dirty mold. I was nauseous from the horrible odor.

Nice clean hotel. Bistro offered good food, coffee and drinks. Close to the highway with easy access to downtown Portsmouth.

Very Neat Room lately remodeled, good parking, nice staff. Well done breakfast a la carte

Check in was excellent. The housekeeper never cleaned the room. We had to use towels from the floor after showering.

Not much this visit. I found front desk staff, with exception of Luke McCusker, confrontational lacking customer service skills especially the assistant manager. She had multiple times to apologize for our interactions choosing to ignore my presence instead.
