My real criticism was the hardly eatable breakfast. Cold waffles yuck!. Tired scrambled eggs also yuck. Bacon so salty you could hardly eat it. there were only two pieces left and I could not eat them. Yogurt was good so was the fresh sliced fruit. You should be embarrassed I would have preferred a lower rate on the room and NO breakfast, what you served was ................yuck! The person serving however was very courteous and helpful, I am sorry we could not have tipped her as the food was that bad.

The property was under renovation. The room was very clean but the toilet was temperamental and positioned too close to the bathroom door upon opening.

This was a good bargain. Inexpensive, near what we wanted to see, clean. On a budget it was a good deal!

The room was fine clean spacious bathroom was clean the shower was very slippery definitely needed a shower mat. The second day the fire alarm kept going off it took them several hours to fix it. Very annoying

Fire alarm went off 4 times in several hours. I evacuated for 45 minutes outside. Then it happened 2 more times

The front desk clerk and breakfast attendant were friendly and accommodating. Listed as "Downtown" location. It was not in downtown Portsmouth.

The room had an industrial/musty smell (pillows included), there was a dirty hand towel on the shower rod, no ice on our floor. Not impressed for the cost and tourist area.

The hotel room doors are very loud when they close and woke us up several times.

Room was great, bed super comfortable. Breakfast was good too. They were doing renovations in the lobby but I barely heard a thing.
