Excellent stop - as a solo, senior, female felt very safe. Was especially happy to have a diner as part of the complex and enjoyed an excellent dinner.

Believe the reviews when you read them here. Middle of the road hotel. Strange smell permeating the hallways. TV from what seemed like the early 2010s. Beds were comfy, however there were no extra blankets when I asked the front desk. Diner next door is very average. Nothing necessarily too wrong with it but would't stay again for the price.

Bed was broken

Close to the center of Portsmouth NH. Had a great diner next to it. The coffee maker in the lobby was good. Stayed on two separate occasions. The first time was ok. The second time there was no hot water in mine or my friends room. We told management but they appeared uninterested The rooms look worn and outdated Also they charged 50.00 for incidentals on my credit card. The charge took days to be refunded.

Great hotel. Clean. Safe. Reasonable in price. Close to everything.

Beds were advertised as queen but were only doubled. When brought to the staff’s attention, we were told that all beds are that size. So they are falsely offering larger beds. Asked for additional pillows and were told that housekeeping leaves at 5, so nothing was available from housekeeping. Room was never cleaned while we were there (3 nights). Had to request additional towels on the third night since none had been refreshed the whole stay. The night staff manager was able to “find some in the basement” and bring them to us after about a half hour. On the positive side, the location is good. Coffee was good.

This was a very nice hotel. The lobby and common areas were clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. There was some hair in the tub, which I didn't like, but other than that, our room was very clean.

All good about the property. Only problem is WiFi is very weak and I was in 6th floor where most of the time WiFi signal failed. Since I was on business trip, it impacted me heavily.

Very clean and friendly

Staff is amazing and the diner next door is superb!

Near the highway. Quiet, clean, friendly staff

Big breakfasts in adjacent restaurant.

The restaurant in the motel When booking online. hotel did not mention anything about paying for room damage fee or fee for showing up early for my booked rooms. Lobby coffee was very weak. Hard to communicate with lobby staff. Television channels were terrible ones that were listed in book were not available. Beds were not comfortable.

As always my stay at the Best Western was amazing. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was amazing, and the attached diner has the best food I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to my next stay.

Nice and convenient. Loved the coffee maker and the fact that it was available 24 hours Shower had hair in it

We stayed in the older side which would be fine if it was maintained the same. We only had luke warm water all weekend, when speaking with the front desk agent, he said he would speak with maintenance, but it sounded like they were going to have to replace the mixing valve he said. I mentioned it could be the recirculating zone valve in which he said was replaced last week. But a fully weekend of luke warm is unacceptable. The door wouldn’t stay shut or self close we would have to push it shut and the lock we drilled out and missing a screw just to kind of secure the door. The heat lamp outlet was missing the screws and the panel was shifted sideways. The room was “clean” but not well and musty with mold all through the bathroom around the wallpaper. The front desk agent was great but that’s about it. The pool has metal grates that are broke and can cut people with a hole to the outside and ply wood and plastic setup. The heater to the pool was broken. Not a very maintained hotel at all.
