Loved having a kitchen with a fridge and stove. Didn't use the pools.Rooms were quiet and clean.AC was a challenge it was hard to regulate but certainly was cool

Our two room suite was the perfect size for my family. Full sized refrigerator was great for our vacation snacks and leftovers. Having the Roundabout Diner was very convenient and their food was exceptional. The kids loved the pool, the hotel itself was quiet and the location was perfect for all our planned activities. The in room refrigerator was a little on the loud side, but that is a very minor issue It was a little disappointing that the televisions didn't have an HDMI port as my children were traveling with their video games and couldn't play them on the tv. Again, minor issue.

Everything was perfect like always! This is our go-to place for a reason. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, the parking is easy, and the diner beside is delicious!!

Staff member Zoie was very friendly and helpful. Room was exactly as advertised. Helpful, convenient location along out travel route.

My flight was canceled I called to let them know bout did not get a credit and they still charged me a 100 dollar deposit when I was finally able to check in

Negatives: the pillows they have are the small square pillows that don't give any support. Normally, I can just ask for an extra and it's fine. Well, I couldn't do that at first because there was no phone in my room. When I got to the front desk, the poor gentleman was clearly frustrated with the situations as the facility seems to be behind on everything: no extra pillows, no extra towels anywhere in the hotel, one of the ice machines is broken and I overheard them say the parts are always on back order so it won't be fixed any time soon. While the temperature was great, the shower had no water pressure. Overall, everything in Portsmouth is too expensive in the summer. The suites are not much more than a regular room and they are much better so definitely spend the extra for one. Hopefully things will slow down for them so they can catch up

There was never anyone at the front desk and it’s super easy for strangers to access the property and the elevators

Our stay at the best Western was better than expected. It was a bit outdated, but the rooms were clean in the staff was great. Especially Nadia.

It was so wonderful and the staff was amazing. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and everything was beautiful!
