Staff was friendly & room was reasonably clean. Place showed a lot of wear & the bed was very broken down/uncomfortable. Had noisy riff-raff carrying ons in the parking lot by our window & in the hallway each night between 11pm-midnight. The breakfast buffet was average for an included breakfast but the tables were all covered in syrup & nasty even early before the rush, there wasn’t staff available to keep after washing the tables. There wasn’t no staff available for checkout, stood around waiting a long time before tossing room key cards on desk & leaving.

The hotel had a musty smell as soon as you walked in the main door. The room was also musty smelling and the carpeting felt like there was moisture in it. There were not enough useable outlet plugs for 7 or more devices. Two of the devices HAD to be plugged in - one for rechargeable hearing aids and one for a CPAP machine.

Staff was horrible. No room available at 315 (check in time 3p). We explained we had to checkin change and get to event. No apology no compassion. At 430 we returned - still no room. Asked for manager who finally straightened it out but STRESSFUL and no remorse at all. Elevator carpet was filthy. I wanted to take vacuum and clean it myself.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Beaucoup aimé la piscine chaise Tarn parasol très bien située à 20 minutes de la mer et des Outlets. La ville de Portsmouth est également très belle.

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. Room was not as big as seen on the photos. Pictures should reflect the actual size of the room. Breakfast was decent enough.

We all make mistakes, in the end it was their great customer care that impressed me. I'm looking forward to staying with them again.

The Fairfield in Portsmouth was nice enough, although I had trouble getting comfortable in the bed and the pillows were extremely worn and flat. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, it had easy access to the interstate and the rates were reasonable.

Toilet was blocked upon arrival and got locked out of room after breakfast due to system failure Services were not adequate

Their room assignment system was broken and they were understaffed. The staff did their best but they did not have sufficient help. Once we were in it was great with no issues.
