Same day I went to the desk and asked if they can do something when I left to dinner and instead of saying no we can’t - they said we will prepare something for me. They did not again and left me not doing anything myself. I asked for water to bring to the room at night - they didn’t show up. I called in the morning to bring water to the room and again they didn’t show up. I had to go downstairs and get the waters myself. The service they were all not great and did not help at all. Worst idea to go to this hotel.

The staff was kind and servicial, the lobby was pretty. thats it The hotel was simply not comfortable. The rooms are much smaller and more cramped than they appear in the photos, and the lighting sensor in the bathroom makes getting up during the night almost impossible without turning on extremely bright lights and waking everyone else up. Even getting to the room feels like an entire journey. The lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression, but once you leave the lobby, the hotel feels quite dated—the hallways and rooms do not match the image presented online. I was honestly very disappointed. Don’t be fooled by the photos; this does not feel like a hotel of this category or standard. It simply does not live up to what it promises.

In my opinion microwaves should be added back to hotels in California it's a necessity, the staff was good,the food wasn't bad the bartender was good and our room was great besides the no microwave thing.

Great stay overall and I will come back! Was disappointed that the spa didn’t have a jacuzzi nor a full cold bath

Scoot at the front desk was rude to me, didn’t help and give a hard time with the booking, he should not be working there is he doesn’t like his job, he has ethics in treating customers.

It was such a wonderful experience. The property is stunning and all of the employees were so pleasant. I would definitely stay there again, totally worth it!

I didn’t like the bathroom. It was very small with one sink. Not enough counter space to put cosmetics. We felt that the valet parking was overpriced, but the shuttle service to wherever we wanted to go within 3 miles, was very nice. The pool was nice and the attendants were very accommodating. The hot tub had children splashing and loud in it most of the time. The location across from Fashion Island was a real plus. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
