Needs major renovations WiFi didn’t work for real beds were dirty bathroom was dirty

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Never going back

Stay away. The pool was disgusting and murky. Every corner of the place had built up hair and dust. Our room had a random pill under the bed and dirt in the corners as well as spots on several of the sheets. It was all around gross. There was no bedding in the room for the fold out couch even though we had booked for 5 people. We had to go to the desk and ask. The fold out mattress was a nightmare. We'd have left if it weren't too late to find another place that accommodates 5 for our one night stay.

Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. FILTH on surface beside fridge. Hair in fridge. No lid or plastic bag for ice bucket. Glass tray missing from microwave. Some outlets working intermittently. Dirty exhaust in bathroom. Hair on bathroom floor. Sink stopper out of sink. Frayed, torn, limp drapes and shower curtains. No “do not disturb” placard for door. Coffee carafes in lobby area were dirty as were the spill pads in front of them. Surfaces in café area of lobby were unclean and in disrepair. Really loud heater in room. Dated, cheap furniture in living room area of room. The only good things I can say about this place is that the beds were clean and I didn’t see any bugs. Manager was not available on day of check in, check out or Two days after by phone. This place is a disgrace! One staff person was mildly responsive on dsy of check in. He brought towels and bag for ice bucket. Then forgot about me. Check out staff was friendly as was another when I called. Thank goodness I only had to stay there one night. I was unable to find accommodations anywhere else. I have filed complaints with both Radisson and on-site Country inn manager.

An older hotel.. suitable for maybe one night...

Room wasn’t clean at all tissue around the beds half way drinks behind the bed and under the table stick disgusting carpet

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and apart from a really awful odor in our room, it was okay so we booked it again this year (for one night). This time, the room was not fully cleaned, had some serious maintenance issues, didn’t have enough bedding or towels for the 3 people for whom we booked the room, and, worst of all, had a broken A/C causing the temperature in the room to be 80 degrees! We immediately called for assistance with the A/C, and the fellow who came to the room fiddled a bit with the thermostat and then told us it was broken. When we asked to be moved to a different room, he said there were none available. We explained that one of us was seriously sensitive to undue heat, and that we would unable to stay in the room without cooling. We asked if he would get it repaired, and he said that was not possible because it was Friday afternoon and he’d not be able to get service that quickly. Only then did we notice that there was a box fan in the room, I.e., they KNEW the A/C was broken and had done nothing about it! We requested a refund, and he said his manager would have to make that decision. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. (We left immediately and booked a room at a nearby Marriott.)

Poor cleaning of the room was handed dirty towels with black grease all over them dirty beds dirty and stains on floors and bed ha e pictures also

Not much Booked my room, got to the hotel only to find out that my room had no working AC and was told I could not be moved to another room with working AC because my reservation didn't match that room type. There was a couple who checked in right before me and they came back immediately to get another room because their room smelled of smoke and they were given another room immediately. i asked for their old room that smelled like smoke but had a working air conditioner event though i hate smoking rooms but I wanted to be cool. The guy at the front desk said no and he could bring me another fan (there was already one fan in the room). If I had another option I would have left but he 'said' they were booked up but how are you booked up when you have rooms to swap around when needed? I was there and know there was another room available but was not allowed to have that room with working AC. Paid WAY too much to stay at this hotel. On top of this - every floor smell of marijuana

Nothing I had no choice to stay there The front desk was rude my room i booked for had no ac no other rooms available unable to help me rushing me nd forced me to stay with bed bug droppings no tv ac not working properly

The rooms have filthy carpet and bathroom sink and tub had poor drainage. The windows on the building are filthy. Luggage carriers are old and dilapidated, filthy.

The room was clean. Everything outside of the room was dirty. We went in to use the pool and you couldn’t see through the water. We went to get breakfast and there was no drinks available in the counters were dirty.

Property was a mess on all levels.

Nothing! The hotel smells like mold! The rugs are GROSS! The pool was dirty towels everywhere no clean towels also smelt horrible.. also breakfast was a joke! They ran out of milk and no employees to be able to get more! Eggs were watery NOTHING to drink besides coffee! Also very dirty! We had dirty towels in our room and old food sitting in the microwave that smelled like Death! I was ready to ask for a refund but sadly had somewhere to be in the am and didn’t have enough time!

Overall, the room was spacious pretty clean. But the whole hotel needs maintenance, and there was a lot of cracks and broken areas in the room. The TV have issues not a lot of channels. Options All of the cracks and the floor in the bathroom, broken towels.We first got there, he was washing tail.So we didn't have any towels in our room
