There were 4 of us and the room was very spacious. There was a closet in each of the two bedrooms and a nice size closet in the kitchen/foyer. The kitchen was nice with a large table and a good size pantry. We had three TV's and lots of amenities, We had free use of washers and dryers and a workout room. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful. Free good coffee was always available with lots of condiments. There were snacks, drinks, necessities, & food available for reasonable prices. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very polite however,, the room we stayed in was pet friendly in which we were not aware of and when we arrived the smell was horrible and we were told it was because of the carpet cleaning. The carpet was wet our entire four day stay. The sheets were damp so we had to use the hairdryer to dry them ourselves. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was not conducive for showering. We were in a handicapped accessible room and we did not need that. By the second day the smell of animals reeked through the room. Our stay was not pleasant at all.

Great! Ok, let me give you a little advice. Forcing people to provide a written response vs a check box is a horrible idea and it ruins the ultimate validity of your survey. Please feel free to reach out to me or my company and we can absolutely help Candlewood suites design your surveys so the data is actionable and can be used for continuous improvement. Right now, you are not getting the information you need and it is also highly likely that it’s invalid.

Room was nice and clean but the mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all. Customer service was great the hotel was quiet and inna convenient place.
