The desk staff, upon arrival was no where to be found for 15 minutes. Until I noticed them coming out of a room down the hall. I tried the phone to the hotel and it was busy each time I called. The morning staff at checkout was very empathetic for my disappointment. They were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very attentive to the buffet, making sure it was fully stocked and hot. They made sure guests were satisfied.

I had NO IDEA the fee for my dog...120.00. Was almost as much as my room. Thank god I was there for only one night. Highway robbery. Stayed at a motel while on the trip and paid 20. For my dog for one night.

I had an excellent experience overall. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was exceptional—welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. My only minor concern was that the air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m big on cleanliness and I was very pleased with my room and the overall upkeep of the property. I definitely recommend this facility. You won’t be disappointed.
