We were disappointed in the breakfast choices this time…… we we told they would hve sausage gravy and biscuits but never did and the pancake machine was out of order! 😢😢😢😢

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great parking. This hotel will be my choice when visiting family in Newport News, Virginia.

Everything by was good except we don’t care for hotel rooms that have adjoins doors to the other room. You hear so much more than you want to. Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

From the checkin to checkout the staff was there imitating communication to make my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. As for the room, it was nice and clean. Will stay again if I ever come to Newport News.

They didn’t have towels in the pool area. They didn’t have hot chocolate, hot water or herbal teas in the lobby. Other Hampton Inn’s have fruit available, as well. They didn’t have bar soaps which tends to be less abrasive. They didn’t have enough breakfast options.

The staff was helpful and friendly with clean rooms and very nice pool. Access was easy in and out. If I'd complain about anything it would be the beds are very firm other than that a great choice.

This is the best staff we have even encountered while traveling for either business or pleasure.
