In addition, our room was located directly next to the housekeeping room. We could clearly hear the housekeeping door slamming repeatedly throughout the night, which was very disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The combination of the loud HVAC unit and the constant door slamming significantly affected the quality of our stay. I would recommend that the hotel inspect the HVAC units and consider taking steps to reduce noise from the housekeeping area, particularly during nighttime hours. Overall, the noise issues made for an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay, and I would hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.

Excellent spot in a great location. Elevator button light was out for number 1. Staff was extra helpful and the rooms were very clean. Cleaning was daily so I was grateful for that!

We have been staying there for over 15 years. It’s great to see all the improvements the hotel has done over the years. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, our staff was nice; Jim at the front desk was very personable, making each in/out pleasant. Our concerns were related to the ADA accessibility. We requested this particular kind of room for mobility reasons and expected that there would be a walk-in shower as all updated hotels have this in the ADA rooms. Unfortunately, the room had a regular tub that we had to contend with. Additionally, the main lobby and elevator were exceptionally warm, no fans or cooling devices in either area, making them uncomfortable.

The hotel has a strong mildew/mold smell in the lobby area.

Didn’t supply breakfast. However had a pay for menu for any meal or snack. Bartender and cook for this venue was awesome!
