Great for privacy and spur of the moment

Reserved 2 rooms and both the water ran constantly until we shut the valves off ourselves. There were holes in the walls. The bedding, sinks and showers were covered in cigarette burns/holes. In case of emergency our phones did not work our phone in the rooms did not work. The fridges did not shut and leaked all over the floor. The microwaves in the rooms did were burnt up and did not work. Air conditioners did not run properly. Check in was told to me and in my reservation for 1pm. I had just driven over 12h with no sleep from the day before to arrive by that time and then got told I had to wait another hour to check in so he could finish his lunch he just picked up while I waited for over 20 minutes in the lobby. The following day the lady who checked us out of our room was very nice and polite. We will not stay here again.

Comfortable stay! Only thing missing is a microwave in the room but everything else was good.

Poor front desk help. First lady was good but the other two after her were poor.

The rooms smelled and while clean were not really comfortable so we checked out and booked another place.

I have stayed at this location several times. The location is convenient to the highway, is kept very clean and the staff is very pleasant. The beds are comfortable as well, and in the summer the AC keeps the room very cool. The motel does need a bit of an update, but the price is very affordable.

I had reserved and paid for a non-smoking room with a queen bed (on hotels.com) before I arrived and then once I arrived I was told that they were sold out of non-smoking rooms with one bed ... but I could pay an upgrade fee of USD 6 per night to stay in a no-smoking room with a queen bed. So they charged me extra to stay in the room that I already reserved and paid for. I just tried to call to speak to manager but was told that I could call back in two days. Terrible customer service

There was a hole in the wall. The microwave was just for display. The bathroom water was running 24/7. Sink tap was broken and when you open it it’s like a sprinkler system. The remote was dirty. Never ever saying in a motel again.

Not what I expected from this type of business.

It’s okay to stay motel for the convenience of the location and price
