It didn’t have roaches The floors need to be swept in the rooms since it’s wood paneling.

Room had a dingy look and smell to it. Fridge door was left open and left on 'Hi'. This caused the freezer to excessively ice over, preventing the fridge door from closing and being unusable. Several roaches were spotted in the bathroom and sleeping area. Will not be returning under any circumstance.

My refrigerator was not clean the bathroom sink and the tub was not clean and the toilet was broken. You had to lift the lid up to flush the toilet. The smell of smoke

Its a terrible place i feel unsafe its uncomfortable unsupervised front desk Tasha is great her hospitality is on point its dirty the place smells like a smoke house couldn't breathe and I got non smoking room but its still smells terrible didn't have a coffee maker missing furniture room was dirty people hanging out late at night in the parking lot with underage kids everything is filthy breakfast terrible more continental for the price I pay for one night full buffet like other hotels I dont recommend this place I feel unsafe and my girlfriend as well kids running around unsupervised even the front of the hotel looks Filthy will not be coming back . Everything looks terrible and filthy and the smell is Auwful no garbage can in my room except bathroom no coffee maker missing furniture dent on the wall , dirty room and bath room noisy .

I arrived for my church convention and when I got there my room was given away. I had to end up going to a another hotel it's was horrible and the customer service sucks never again

I really like the convenience of this hotel and the lady who checked us in was awesome. But there were some issues this time that weren't there the last time we stayed. The a/c in the room was amazing but it was struggling in every other area we went through. The continental breakfast was seriously lacking, as in missing half of it and nobody was cleaning up or replenishing anything. (Other guests partly to blame for the mess, but still.) No hair dryer in the room and no replacement available. Has to keep getting our room keys reset each night even though we kept them away from our phones as instructed. That elevator need some serious TLC because it's a little scary and seems like it's barely hanging on and probably needs an inspection since the last one was completed in 2023. And then there was a roach in the bathroom... I know you get what you pay for but I feel they could do better with some of it.

I booked a two night stay at this facility with my friends while we stayed in the Newport area. During that stay we slept on uncomfortable beds, witnessed cockroaches crawl on the shower curtain, and were locked out of our room prematurely and had to refresh the key card in order to get back in. Along with that, another patron staying there called one of my friends the f slur before glaring at us in the lobby for an extraordinary amount of time while the staff took a painstaking amount of time to locate a free room. For the conditions we were subjected to, the price we were charged for it was completely outrageous. I would not recommend staying here as the entire building smells like marijuana. Would never stay again.

Exceptional

The property was decent There was no tv remote in my room when I arrived. There was no access to an ice bucket upon arrival. In room 243, the blinds curtain rod was broken and when I went to try and open to window I got cut on my hand

The biggest thing I can say is about the staff they were very nice to me, the room was clean even though it needed some touch ups but you can’t expect much when is an economic hotel, I can’t complain to be honest. I definitely book with them again.
