Whether this was an amazing place that got partially destroyed, or a fully destroyed place that got partially renovated it does not matter. Sheets and bathroom were clean, but furniture was partially destroyed.

To start we arrived 30 minutes before check-in and we're charged $20 to check us in 30 minutes early. That wasn't even the issue. We were given a room with a key into the room the previous residents had just vacated the room it was filthy and dirty. Went back to the front desk for a second key got a room that was supposed to be non-smoking that smelled like smoke. Always were filthy and wreaked of pets. While in the room the only plus was at the air conditioning was amazing in 100 plus degrees weather. Well in the restroom a roach crawled across the counter. Ask for additional towels as there were two adults and two children and was given to Bath mats because no more towels were available. Was told there was continental breakfast which was frozen Eggos and oatmeal. For $140 a night stay the accommodation for well past poor. The only thing that would have benefited this hotel was a fire.

SORRY BUT I WOULDNT STAY HERE AGAIN CRACKHEADS IN THE LOBBY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT NOBODY IS SIITING AT THE FRT DESK WHEN U COME IN.

Within driving distances of places I wanted to go. Property is older but maintain. Worth the money. Loved the pool. Staff was helpful. It was very busy Holiday but they did a good job.

Hallway is filled with some T or M smell, even inside my room, I can still smell it. The cover of ceiling light is broken, the ceiling block is broken, and the faucet tank is broken too. No shampoo and bodywash, hairdryer is not working. Front desk staff smokes, when I needed him, he was outside of the front door to have a smoke break. And there was no maintenance during the weekend! Very simple breakfast. I admit it was a very busy 4th of July weekend, but I felt sorry for myself.

Easy to book. Not expensive. Breakfast sucks, staff had some funny business going on with drugs and alcohol.
-
Nothing really. The place smells horrible. Everywhere and everything smell like smoke, outside, lobby, room, beddings. Windows need repairing. I told the front desk manager that I'm checking out the next day and I'm still waiting on my refund.
-
Friendliness of staff Breakfast not up to par.
-
Put us in a smoking room when we requested a non smoking room. Then was moved to another room that still had a nasty odor. Gnats all throughout the rooms, disgusting bathrooms, dirty beds and just overall uncomfortable.

Made a reservation about 2 months ago for me and my wife and another couple we travel with and when I got to the hotel, they didnt have our rooms. We happen to wait around and a couple came in with a reservation as we did and were able to check in. Only reason I used this hotel because I made reservations and stayed here 3 or 4 days before but I wont use this hotel again. Was embarrassed because we traveled out of town to go to Hampton Jazz Festival and it was my wife's Birthday. We had to go find other rooms and the price was ridiculous on a Saturday night for 2 days.
