Disgusting room. Gross smell. So dirty. Window was broken and would not shut fully and there was no lock or screen and we were on the bottom floor.

Everything was fine it was the tv channels I couldn’t find like the channel CW to watch NXT to watch wrestling and I didn’t have an ashtray for the smoking room that I was in

Staff was friendly and helpful; however it was obvious that maintenance was a work in progress. Clientele was often less considerate than expected of the Wyndham name.

Words cannot describe how disgusting this hotel is ! I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges

The room smelled like mildew. The air conditioning unit was very loud interrupted my sleep. There was no iron in the room, unable to reach staff for assistance. Overall I was very disappointed. Bathroom toliet ran off and on throughout night, bathroom sink needed to be cleaned

The room was somewhat updated, but that is where the good ends. The public areas had a horrible smell. The elevator was dirty and the elevator's doors acted like they would not open, but finally did. The sink in bath had not hot water at all and the cold water was a drizzle. The safety lock was broken, the breakfast room was a mess and the coffee was discolored water... 12 filled cups on counter where people left to show crappy coffee. The desk clerk was not interested in being there ... spent most of his time standing just outside the door blocking the sign that said "no smoking within 50' of wall" .... he was smoking and dressed like he would better fit on the street selling drugs.

Very quiet place. Beds are comfortable. The people that works here is very nice and we stay again here. I'm willing to help you if you need help.

I had a reservation and never checked in. I was told that early check in was available. However, the rude receptionist told me that wasn’t an option. The cleaner did not show up for work. The desk was without staff for at least 20 minutes. It’s was a lot of sketchy people walking around one was begging for money. Another party that was with us checked in and their room wasn’t cleaned at all. Still had dirty washcloths in the bathroom. Noticeable bugs around the room.

Smell of smoke was intolerable.

Disgusting room. Placed REEKED of weed everywhere. Top it all off, middle of the night our room started flooding due to a massive leak from the floor above us. Utterly soaked the room near the door and bathroom. Do NOT stay here.

I was happy to find a decent price but when I called to see if the pool waa up n running the staff wasnt to pleasant to answer my questions.. I had to "thug it out" as the staff told me when I called about the problems in the room n then maintenance wasn't able to come to my room until a whole night and half the day to fix the problem. And I would have thought they would have comped me a room or refunded me, but I still haven't heard back because the drain in the tub wouldn't work. And I had to put water in the back of the toilet just to flush it, but other than that. The pool was clean and it was my birthday weekend, so it was just happy to be able to spend it with my boyfriend who lives out of town.

Easy check-in process. The property was clean. The breakfast was minimal and didn't offer a lot.

Next time I will not look in other hotels and will go directly to Days In ) Thank you )
