Key West Inn - Newport News

Pleasant

Nice place always clean definitely will stay again soon

NOTHING The door didn’t safely lock and the secondary lock was NOT functional. There were burn marks all over the bed and the curtain was falling down. Horrendous smell when you walked in that at least they offered spray for.

Passable

Was very friendly and they accommodated my needs

Nothing Rooms are ran down and dirty my toilet didn’t work I had to switch rooms

Nice quite & clean room

Cleanliness

Carpet was old. Entering with unpleasant smell. Layout was not my favorite(expected different)

Honestly everything was great. Staff walked me through the check in process as this was my first ever time getting a hotel. Air conditioner worked wonders, room itself was kept nice and tidy. Only negative thing I could technically say is the room I had very slight damage to the tiling on the floor but I don't think that affected my experience at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay for the weekend.

.

I enjoy staying here till I find a permanent home. Enjoy everyone there.

Privacy area in room so little space to change when you have kids

Everyone in the lobby was very friendly and welcoming. I recommend when you’re in NN and want to be close to the interstate you can come here!

All of it

The bed was not too comfortable. The towels were pretty thin. The room was clean. The A/C was fantastic. The shower water pressure was great. Pretty quiet & parking lot looked safe.

The location has a sonic in your parking lot. People not staying at the hotel were hanging out and smoking on the front porches all night
